Beloved
🙇🏻 Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of true discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, making disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24. Ultimately let them and us be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what the will of God is, Rom 12:2, being renewed in the spirit of our minds, Eph 4:23, having our minds prepared for action, 1 Peter 1:13.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

🙌 Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, those fathers, mothers, elders, and spiritual leaders who have been entrusted with the weighty responsibility of guiding, nurturing, and shepherding God’s people. Your request resonates deeply with the Word of God, and we stand in agreement with the truths you’ve declared, while also seeking the Lord’s perfect will to be accomplished in every area of their lives.

Father, we thank You for the grace You have poured out upon these leaders, enabling them to hear Your Word and to walk in the calling You have placed upon their lives. We recognize that honoring our fathers and mothers is not merely a suggestion but a commandment with a promise, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth" (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB). We ask that You would pour out Your blessing upon them, that they may experience the fullness of this promise in every dimension of their lives. Let their days be prolonged, their strength renewed, and their influence multiplied for Your glory.

Lord, we pray that You would powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, as Your Word declares: "Seeing that his divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue" (2 Peter 1:3 WEB). We ask for emotional and bodily health, prosperity in their souls, and temporal provision, just as it is written: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2 WEB). Let their lives be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may they grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory both now and forever (2 Peter 3:18 WEB).

We cry out for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon these leaders, that their eyes would be enlightened to understand the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your inheritance, and the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe (Ephesians 1:17-19 WEB). Strengthen them by rooting and grounding them in love, that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith, and that they may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:16-19 WEB). Open their minds to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45 WEB), and create in them a hunger for Your Word, that they may crave the sincere milk of the Word and grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2 WEB). Move them from milk to solid food, that they may be able to discern good from evil and teach others also (1 Corinthians 3:2 WEB; Hebrews 5:12-14 WEB).

Father, we ask that the Word of God would spread rapidly through their lives and ministries, being glorified and bearing much fruit (2 Thessalonians 3:1 WEB). Let them not merely be hearers of the Word but doers, effectually working out what they have received (James 1:22 WEB). May they abide in Christ and His Words abide in them, so that whatever they ask will be done for them, and their joy may be made full (John 15:7-8, 11 WEB). Let their lives bear the fruit of true discipleship, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB), and may they make disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all that Christ has commanded (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB).

We pray for their transformation by the renewing of their minds, that they may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2 WEB). Renew the spirit of their minds (Ephesians 4:23 WEB), and prepare their minds for action, being sober in spirit and fixing their hope completely on the grace to be brought to them at the revelation of Jesus Christ (1 Peter 1:13 WEB). Let them be established in the elementary principles of Your Word and grow up into maturity, no longer tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine (Hebrews 5:12; 6:1-3 WEB; Ephesians 4:14-15 WEB).

Lord, we ask that You would keep them from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and the schemes of the evil one. Deliver them from evil, as Christ taught us to pray (Matthew 6:13 WEB), and restrain the evil one and evil people from hindering their work (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 WEB). Grant them peace within their walls (Psalm 122:7 WEB) and sanctify them in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:15-17 WEB). Wash them with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26 WEB), and let them be a light in this dark world, not taken out of it but kept from the evil one (John 17:15 WEB).

We also lift up the neighbors and communities these leaders are called to love and serve. Give them grace to love their enemies, do good to those who hate them, bless those who curse them, and pray for those who mistreat them (Luke 6:27-28 WEB). Let Your peace reign in their relationships, and may Your love compel them to share the gospel with boldness and compassion.

Father, we acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We thank You for the blood of Jesus, which cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7 WEB), and for the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth (John 16:13 WEB). We pray that these leaders would walk in the fullness of their salvation, growing in the knowledge of Christ and making Him known to all who are around them.

We declare that the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with them all. May they be filled with all joy and peace in believing, that they may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13 WEB). Let their lives be a living testimony of Your goodness, and may they finish their race with joy, keeping the faith and laying hold of the eternal life to which they were called (2 Timothy 4:7 WEB).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

We are moved by the thoroughness of your prayerâthe way you cover so many dimensions of life and faith for these patriarchs and matriarchs. It is a beautiful thing to stand before God on behalf of others, longing for them to experience the renewing of their minds and to walk in the fullness of His promises. Your attention to their spiritual, emotional, and temporal well-being, and especially your desire that they grow into maturity and bear fruit, shows a heart shaped by the very love you are asking God to pour out.

As you continue, know that the transformation you are asking for is often a gradual, almost imperceptible workâlike roots growing deep underground before a tree bears visible fruit. In our own lives we find that renewed minds seldom come in a single moment; they are shaped through a steady stream of faithful prayer, small obediences, and the daily nurture of God’s Word. The fact that you are laboring in prayer for these honored ones is itself a living piece of the honor you seek to give them. Sometimes the most practical way to walk alongside what you are asking God to do is to let them know, simply and warmly, that you are praying. A brief word or note letting them know you appreciate them and are asking God to deepen their experience of Christ can be a powerful seed in the very soil you are watering by prayer.

We join you in lifting them up now:

Father, we thank You for this dear one’s heart of honor and intercession. For those patriarchs and matriarchs, we ask that the eyes of their understanding would be flooded with light, that they would know the hope to which You have called them. Quiet their minds, hold them steady through any hidden struggle, and cultivate in them the deep, sustaining growth that comes only from Your Spirit. Anchor them in love, and let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified in their lives. Keep them from the evil one, and let this family line be marked by fruitfulness that remains. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We do well to remember that the Lord hath set His face against all boastings, and all confidences, other than a trust in the cross, and a holy reliance on the finished work and righteousness of Jesus Christ. The prayer for patriarchal and matriarchal figures to be established in the elementary principles and to grow up into maturity is right, but we must see that this is all of grace. Christ in you, that is the cream of the matter, the honey of the honeycomb. Whatever Christ is, His people are in Him; they are perfect in Christ Jesus, not in themselves.

You speak of honor and blessing, and rightly so, for the command with promises stands. Yet look to Christ in bonds, the Ambassador in chains, who pleaded for His disciples, “If therefore you seek Me, let these go their way.” The type of that exchange is the key to all true honor and support. If we would see these figures blessed, we must see them bound up in Him, for there is a unity in Christ that swallows up all differences. If a man is in Christ and I am in Christ, we cannot be two; we must be one. Help their spiritual growth by pointing them to this: Christ in you, curing your sin, filling your soul with love to virtue and holiness.

You ask for renewed minds to prove the will of God. This happens in proportion as you get near to God. The longing to move from milk to solid food is good, but take heed: many profess much intelligence, yet exhibit gross negligence, making light of the Word of God. The shut-up Bible, the precious Book hidden away, that is Christ in prison. Do not bind His hands by neglect, for Christ has set us free. Let us rejoice in our liberty this very hour.

For their temporal, emotional, and bodily prosperity, look to Christ in His varied positions as the consolation in varied trials. In their sorrows, He is the consolation; in their sickness, He is the same. And though sin still remains in us after we have received the divine life, Christ is able to keep them from the evil one. The Lord exalts the low tree, as He did Joseph in the dungeon. If they are brought low, let them fly to Christ; then they shall stand.

The heart of answered prayer and fruitfulness is here: Christ in you, the hope of glory. Not Christ in your creed only, but Christ in your house, Christ in your heart, Christ possessed, Christ experienced. The very essence of faith lies in being lost in ourselves and found in Christ, and leaving the soul in Jesus’ hands. This is far too simple for many, yet it is the power of God unto salvation. Let them crave the sincere milk by being established in this: they are perfect in Christ. Because he is perfect in Christ, a man will long to be more like Christ. It will never lead to licentiousness.

So pray on, but let the motive be divine, that God may display His own perfections. Carry the trust into obedience, for faith shows itself in forsaking the habits He condemns. If you want them to be doers of the Word, set before them Christ in Gethsemane, and the command to preach the Gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not ashamed to say that the ministry of those who believe alone in Christ has a greater power to win souls. May their last days pass away in tranquility and rejoicing, as they prove the will of God is good and acceptable and perfect. Grow in faith and enlarge your receiving power till you take Christ into your inmost soul by the Holy Spirit, for it is Christ in you by faith that becomes the hope of glory.

You ask for renewed minds, for fresh truths from the Word, and for transformation through the Spirit. All these are worthy petitions, yet I would urge you to examine the root from which such renewal springs. The Scripture says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind,” but do not think this is merely a sharpening of the intellect or a grasp of new doctrines. The mind is renewed only when it is set ablaze with the love of Christ.

The blessed Paul, who was caught up into paradise and heard unspeakable words, did not boast of his revelations, but of this: that nothing could separate him from the love of Christ, not tribulation, not persecution, not even the sword. He was not merely a hearer of the Word but a doer, because love had become the very fiber of his being. You pray for fresh truths, but beware of the subtlety that beguiled Eve. The serpent promised knowledge, but in grasping for it apart from the simplicity of devotion to Christ, she was corrupted.

The devil still whispers that there is something more to be gained beyond the love of God and neighbor, and many today chase after novel teachings while their hearts grow cold. If you would truly be transformed, then labor first to abide in love. For love is the brief comprehension of all the commandments; it is their beginning, their groundwork, their very summit. The Lord Himself said that the second command is like unto the first: to love your neighbor as yourself.

And if this love for one another is lacking, even our declarations of love for God are empty. You ask for protection from the evil one, and rightly so, but the strongest fortress against his wiles is a heart that is rooted and grounded in love. Let your honor for parents, your desire for fruitfulness, and your craving for the Word all be exercised through love. Then, not only will your mind be renewed, but you will prove what is that good and acceptable will of God, and your joy will be complete.
