Beloved
🙇🏻 Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of true discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, making disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24. Ultimately let them and us be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what the will of God is, Rom 12:2, being renewed in the spirit of our minds, Eph 4:23, having our minds prepared for action, 1 Peter 1:13.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

🙌 Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, those who have been pillars of faith, wisdom, and godly leadership in our lives. Your prayer resonates deeply with the call to honor those whom God has placed in authority over us, as Scripture commands: "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth'" (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB). We join you in asking the Lord to pour out His abundant grace upon them, that they may continue to walk in His favor and reflect His love in all they do.

Father, we thank You for the grace You have given these figures to hear Your Word and to lead with humility and strength. We ask that You would powerfully provide for every need of their lives, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. As Peter wrote, "His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and virtue" (2 Peter 1:3 WEB). May they experience the fullness of Your provision, even as their souls prosper (3 John 1:2). Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits, Lord, that they may serve You with renewed vigor and joy.

We pray for their continued growth in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). Establish them in the foundational truths of Your Word, that they may move from milk to solid food (Hebrews 5:12; 1 Corinthians 3:2) and mature into the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:15). Open the eyes of their understanding (Ephesians 1:17-18) to receive fresh revelations of Your truth, and root them deeply in Your love, that Christ may dwell in their hearts by faith (Ephesians 3:16-19). May they crave the sincere milk of Your Word (1 Peter 2:2) and be doers of it, not hearers only (James 1:22), bearing the fruit of true discipleship (John 8:31-32).

Lord, we ask that You would protect them from every form of evil, from sickness, sin, and the schemes of the enemy. Deliver them from temptation and evil (Matthew 6:13), and restrain the evil one and those who would seek to harm them (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3). Grant them peace within their homes and communities (Psalm 122:7), even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6). Sanctify them in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17), and wash them with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26), that they may be kept from the evil one (John 17:15).

We also lift up those who are under their spiritual care, that they too may grow in wisdom and grace. May the Word of God spread rapidly and be glorified through their lives (2 Thessalonians 3:1), and may they bear much fruit as they abide in Christ (John 15:7-8). Transform them by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2), that they may prove what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. May their joy be made complete in You (John 15:24), and may they walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit’s fruit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to You (Ephesians 2:18). May Your will be done in the lives of these patriarchs and matriarchs, and may they continue to be a blessing to Your kingdom. We pray that their legacy of faith would inspire generations to come, and that they would finish their race strong, hearing the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:23). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We can feel the weight of love behind this prayer, it’s thorough and tender, the kind of intercession that honors God and the elders you’re lifting up. When we pray this way for patriarchs and matriarchs, we’re joining our hearts to one of His deep, long-term works. The renewing of the mind rarely happens in a flash; it’s more like the slow, layered process of roots spreading before fruit appears. Growth often cycles through seasons where progress seems hidden, only to surface later in a fresh hunger for the Word or a new softness of heart. Your faithful prayers are part of what waters that hidden work.

As you keep praying, one small, grounding step might be to watch for and quietly name the glimpses of God’s movement you do see, maybe a moment of peace in them, a willingness to listen, a step toward forgiveness, and offer a simple “thank You” for those signs. That can steady your own hope while you wait for the full harvest.

We join you now before the throne:

Lord Jesus, we lift these beloved men and women to You. Open the eyes of their understanding more and more, root them deeply in love, and continue the quiet work of renewing their minds so they can prove what Your good will is. Shield them from the evil one, and let Your Word bear lasting fruit in their lives. And we ask You to strengthen and encourage the one who prays this, giving them endurance and joyful confidence in Your perfect timing. Amen.

Those who honor Me I will honor. I believe that wherever parents thus seek the honor of God, God will honor their families very wonderfully. Of Christ’s fullness have all we received, and Grace for Grace. Therefore is our youth renewed like the eagle’s.

You have never had your soul renewed from anywhere or anyone else but from Him. The mind and meaning of God in every gift of Grace the Spirit can unfold to you; there is no being taught effectually except you are taught by the Spirit of God. Such is the grace of God: it does not visit us because we ask it, much less because we deserve it; but as God wills it, and the bottles of heaven are unstopped, so God wills it, and grace descends. The Grace of God is so free in its gifts that they come without suggestion.

Let us live so that all may see how Grace abounds in us. In the renewal of our spirits every Divine Grace is needed that was nestled for our first conversion; we shall have our youthful force and vigor renewed. It is wonderful how readily men will be led when God’s Grace renews them. Unto Him who sits upon the Throne, unto Him who lives and was dead, unto Grace, in the Person of the Lord Jesus, be glory and honor and majesty and power and dominion and might, forever and ever!

Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Your prayer is itself a manifestation of that renewed mind you seek, for you ask nothing small or earthly but press on to what is high and heavenly. Yet consider the nature of the faith that undergirds such petitions. Faith does not stop to reason, "Who shall ascend into heaven? Who shall descend into the deep?" It does not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief, but is strong, giving glory to God and fully persuaded that what He has promised He is able to perform. Abraham, against hope, believed in hope. Daniel in the lions’ den, the three children in the furnace, they saw things contrary to the promise, yet they did not despair. This is the vigor of faith which you also have shown, and it is this faith that receives things not seen.

The renewal you long for is not a mere change of thoughts, but a work of the Spirit in the very spirit of your mind. When the old is renewed, the subject is the same, but the quality is transformed. The Holy Spirit will not tolerate old deeds. So your desire for your mind to be made new according to God’s will is itself a proof that His hand is upon you. Press on, but do not despise the simplicity of the seed sown. The apostles themselves were earthly men, yet they received heavenly things. Christ is above all, needing nothing, yet He dwells in the heart that believes.

And as you pray for honor to parents and growth in grace, do not forget that you yourself are a true son in the faith, begotten through the gospel. This spiritual lineage is closer still, for there is no dissimilarity in the divine work. Walk worthy of that calling, being of the same mind and the same judgment with all who call upon the Lord, for Christ is not divided. The peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, not a peace that comes from an untroubled life, but the peace Christ gave, which enables you to be at peace even with enemies. This peace will keep you firm, that you suffer no ill.

Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed. The centurion, with great faith, considered himself unworthy, and Christ marvelled and gave him more than he asked, a kingdom added to health. So let your requests be joined to lowliness of mind, and trust that He who has begun this renewal will complete it. Your joy will be made full as you abide in Him.

Your longing for a renewed mind and a deeper understanding of God’s will echoes the very heart of what Scripture calls wisdom. What you are asking for is not a new set of ideas, but the kind of understanding that reshapes everything, your thoughts, your priorities, your relationships. And that treasure does not lie on the surface. If you seek it the way you would search for hidden wealth, the Lord Himself will give you wisdom. He has not hidden it from you; He has hidden it for you, because He delights when you pursue Him with your whole being.

The path you are on, desiring to honor the parental figures in your life, to move from milk to solid food, to be a doer and not only a hearer, this is evidence that the Spirit is already at work. True understanding is never merely intellectual. It begins with the fear of the Lord, that reverent awe that knows He is the Everlasting One and that every breath depends on Him. And when that posture becomes yours, His wisdom becomes a tree of life: length of days, honor, and pleasantness of soul, even in a world full of trouble.

I notice your prayer is steeped in the Word. That is no accident. The Lord uses people who are people of prayer and people of the Word. Daniel studied the Scriptures and set his face toward Jerusalem three times a day, not out of empty ritual, but because he understood that God’s purposes precede our petitions. Prayer is not about informing the Father of what you need; He knows before you ask. It is not about getting your own will done on earth. It is about aligning yourself with what He already desires to do. So the most powerful prayer you can pray is, “Lord, have Your complete and perfect way in my life and in the lives of those I love.” That kind of surrender opens a door for God to act without violating your will, and it releases you from the exhausting attempt to persuade Him.

And do not be troubled when answers seem to tarry. A delay in prayer is never a denial. Sometimes the Lord waits, not because He is unwilling, but because He is preparing you to receive something greater than what you first imagined. Hannah’s story reminds us that long seasons of waiting can become the very soil out of which immense fruitfulness grows. Even when He says “no” to a request you once thought best, it is only because He intends to give you something far better in His time.

In all this, keep your mind clear and engaged. God does not want to commune with a foggy mind, distracted by lesser things or clouded by anything that dulls your judgment. When you sing, sing with understanding. When you pray, think through what you are saying. The mind of the flesh is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. That renewal you mentioned, the transformation by the renewing of your mind, that is not a one-time event. It is a daily turning from the noise and appetites that clamor for attention, and a deliberate fixing of your thoughts on what the Spirit is speaking through His Word.

Keep honoring the older ones in your life. That commandment carries a promise, not only for length of days but for a well-ordered life. And as you do, remember that the real person is not the body with its drives, but the spirit that dwells within. When you nourish that spirit on the sincere milk of the Word, you will grow. You will become someone who not only understands a proverb and its interpretation, but whose very heart meditates on understanding and whose life proves what the good and acceptable will of God is.

Let your prayer be more than petition. Let it become worship, simply beholding the greatness of the One you address. Let your study of Scripture lead you into abiding communion with Jesus, because true discipleship is continuing in His Word and finding that the truth sets you free. And as you abide, your joy will be complete. That is not a distant hope; it is the fruit of a life lived in the cycle of God’s own purpose: He reveals, you respond, He accomplishes.

So press on. Seek wisdom. Seek understanding. And trust that the Lord who founded the earth by wisdom and established the heavens by understanding will order every step you take toward the full, clear, fruitful life He has for you.
