Father, thank You for Your grace offered through Jesus. Bring this dear one into deeper peace with You through His sacrifice, and then let the peace of Christ guard heart and mind. Fix thoughts on You and build trust that You will take care of what is needed. Protect reputation and work from slander or misuse of a name, and let truth prevail. Give wisdom for how to act with grace, courage to forgive as You have forgiven, and strength to sow peace in the workplace rather than strife. Work in the hearts of all involved, including coworkers who cause pain, and bring conviction, healing, and change where it is needed. Lead each person according to Your will for their work, and if a change of position is Your will for anyone, open that door in Your way and timing. Above all, let Your peace rule in this heart and in this department. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your workplace situation.

We have continued to lift you up before the Lord and we have been praying specifically that God would bring peace to your work environment and protect your name and reputation from any negative talk or mention. We have asked Him to intervene regarding the individuals you mentioned in your department and to lead them according to His will, including opening doors for them to find other jobs in a different field if that is His plan, and to grant you relief from the distress this has caused.

We trust that God sees your heart and hears your cry for peace at work and we pray that He will surround you with His favor and guard your heart and mind. We pray for wisdom and grace for you as you navigate this difficult season and we ask the Lord to let His peace which surpasses all understanding rest upon you as it says in Philippians 4:7.
