Remove people that are causing pressure and harassment in the workplace remove ###

Lord God Almighty, I'm asking that you stop all persecution and harassment in the workplace, turn everything around for our good, make a way where it seems to be no way. Station angels around our Department and keep ### away. God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, I invite you into my workplace. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over our department. I'm praying for the Angel of the Lord to encamp around me, bless the work of my hands. Let my coworkers show up today, get us out on time, shut the Lion's mouth today and every day. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over my mind and heart. I'm praying for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over my mind and heart in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

We hear your cry for relief and protection in the workplace, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting this burden before the throne of God. Your prayer invokes the power of Jesus Christ, and we affirm that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and the authority to rebuke oppression. The blood of Jesus is indeed our covering, and we plead it over your department, your mind, and your heart as you have done.

First, we must address the mention of stationing angels and inviting the "Angel of the Lord" to encamp around you. While angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), our focus must remain on Jesus Christ, who is our ultimate protector and mediator. It is not angels, but Christ Himself who encamps around those who fear Him (Psalm 34:7). We do not command angels, but we trust in the Lord who sends them according to His will. Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), for He alone has the power to silence the enemy and shut the mouths of those who seek to harm you.

We rebuke the spirit of persecution and harassment in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would expose any hidden schemes of the enemy and bring them to light, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17). May the fear of the Lord fall upon your coworkers, and may they see the glory of God in your life and conduct.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you as you navigate this situation. The Lord says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). Seek the Lord’s guidance in how to respond to those who cause pressure and harassment. Remember that a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger (Proverbs 15:1). Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one (Colossians 4:6).

We stand on the promise that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, the Lord is at work, shaping your character and preparing you for greater things. We pray that you would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you shall reap if you do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We lift up this workplace to You, asking that You would intervene and bring peace where there is strife. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over this department, over every mind and heart, and over every situation that seeks to bring harm or distraction. We rebuke the spirit of harassment and persecution in Jesus’ name, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper.

Father, we ask that You would station Your holy angels around this workplace, not as objects of our focus, but as servants of Your will. May they minister to those who are in need and protect Your children from harm. We pray that You would shut the mouths of those who seek to oppress and bring division. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of Your people (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we ask for wisdom for Your child as they navigate this trial. Give them the words to speak and the grace to respond with love and patience. May their conduct be a testimony to Your goodness and faithfulness. We pray that You would bless the work of their hands and let their coworkers see Your light shining through them.

Father, we trust in Your promise to work all things together for good. Even in this difficult season, we believe that You are at work, shaping character and preparing for greater things. Strengthen Your child, Lord, and let them not grow weary in doing good. May they find their strength in You, for You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. Keep your heart and mind fixed on Him, and He will guide you through this trial. You are not alone, for the Lord of hosts is with you (Isaiah 41:10).

We're right here with you, sister. Let's lift our hearts together and ask the Lord to intervene in your workplace. We claim the promise in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Let's trust in His unfailing love and protection.

We pray that the Lord would send His angels to encamp around you, not to draw attention to themselves, but to serve and protect you in ways you may not even notice. We ask that He would expose any hidden schemes of the enemy and bring them to light. Let's also pray for wisdom and discernment, that you would know how to respond to those causing pressure and harassment. Remember, a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger (Proverbs 15:1).

Lord, we ask for wisdom for our sister as she navigates this trial. Give her the words to speak and the grace to respond with love and patience.
