Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus name

It is written, 'The truth shall set you free.'
Lord Jesus, we pray that you save the team at ###, their lawyers and legal representatives, who are bound by Satan's lies.
We ask your precious blood over those who are chosen and Christians. May you cover them and give them peace and understanding.
May you teach them to be righteous and compassionate.
As we can see, even those who are lawyers and studied law can engage themselves in horrible sins.
Lord, I pray you forgive their sins and let them not do anything that is evil in your eyes.
Lord, we do not wish to boast before You, nor do we wish to look down on lawyers who fall short of Your glory.
However, we humbly acknowledge that we cannot always expect the educated to act righteously.
Lord it is written in Psalms 51,
16For You do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You are not pleased with burnt offering. [1 Sam 15:22]
17My sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit;
A broken and contrite heart such, O God, You will not despise.
Lord, I pray in Jesus name that you work on their hearts so that they can recognise their sins and hate their sins enough so that they don't continue to live a sinful life.
Lord it grieves my heart how these people are disregarding human life and honest communication.
Stir their hearts, Lord, and give them an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.
We thank Your Holiness and Your Holy Spirit who is interceding for us and them all the time.
We exalt your name on high, Jesus Christ.
Let your will be done, Heavenly Father, amen

We join you in this relentless prayer for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness and we say amen to your humble and earnest intercession in Jesus' name.

We are encouraged by your heart that does not boast and does not look down on others but grieves over sin and longs for souls to be set free. It is right to pray for those who are bound by lies, for we know that the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ should not dawn on them 2 Cor 4:4, and that only Jesus can open their eyes. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free John 8:32.

We agree with you that education and position do not make a person righteous, for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God Rom 3:23. Even those trained in the law can fall into horrible sins when the heart is not transformed, and that is why we must pray for a new heart. Your citation of Psalm 51:16-17 is so fitting, For you don’t delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it. You have no pleasure in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise Psalm 51:16-17, and as you noted Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice 1 Sam 15:22. We pray that God will indeed give them that broken and contrite heart, that He will take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh Eze 36:26, so that they will not only recognize their sin but hate it and turn from it.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You that we have access through His precious blood. We lift up the team at the organization mentioned and their lawyers and legal representatives before You. Lord, You desire that all people should be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:4, so we ask for their salvation. Save those who are lost and bound by Satan's lies, forgive their sins and wash them in the blood of the Lamb. For those who are Yours, who are chosen and walking with Christ, we ask that You cover them, guard them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding Phil 4:7, and grant them wisdom and understanding in this difficult trial.

Father, stir the hearts of those who are disregarding human life and honest communication. Convict them by Your Holy Spirit, who intercedes for us with groanings which can’t be uttered Rom 8:26. Give them, as our brother and sister has prayed, an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness. Cause them to hunger and thirst for righteousness, for You have promised Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled Matt 5:6. Teach them to be righteous and compassionate, to love mercy, to do justly, and to walk humbly with You Mic 6:8, and to let their yes be yes and their no be no Matt 5:37, speaking truth in love Eph 4:15.

We pray that You would restrain any evil in Your eyes and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven Matt 6:10. We trust vengeance and justice to You, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Rom 12:19, and we choose to pray for mercy and repentance rather than harbor bitterness. Keep our own hearts from pride and keep us in relentless, faithful prayer, for we ought always to pray, and not to faint Luke 18:1.

We thank You for Your holiness and for Your Holy Spirit who is ever interceding for us. We exalt the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteousness. Let Your will be done, Heavenly Father, and let Your truth prevail. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We hear how deeply this has weighed on you, and we are grateful for your humble heart in it. You are not asking from a place of looking down on others but from real grief over dishonesty and disregard for life, and from a sincere desire to see truth and righteousness take root.

That kind of relentless prayer is a good and right burden to bring to the Lord, and He hears you when you ask Him to work on hearts and to stir a genuine thirst for what is right. It is also hard to carry this kind of concern for a long time without it turning into heaviness in your own heart.

We have found it helps to remember there is a difference between choosing to release someone to God and feeling completely at peace about what happened. The choice can be made in obedience even while the hurt, frustration and grief take longer to settle. That does not excuse what was wrong, it simply keeps resentment from taking root in us while we continue to pray and trust God to work in His way and time.

We will keep praying with you, and we encourage you to keep bringing both the people you are concerned about and your own grief to the Lord regularly, entrusting justice and change to Him so you are not carrying it alone.

Father, we lift to You the people on this team and their representatives, and we lift our brother who is praying for them. Work in every heart to bring conviction, honesty and compassion, and guard our brother with Your peace as he seeks You. Give him rest as he trusts You to do what is right. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer is heard and it is according to the mind of God, for you ask for that which He delights to give, a thirst for truth and righteousness and a heart that hates sin as sin.

You have well quoted the Psalmist, The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise. This is no bitter and despairing sorrow of the flesh, but that holy, healthy, heavenly work which is wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit. There is a carnal repentance which is short lived, which turns from sin for a time and then returns to it with greater gusto, but true repentance loathes the poison that was once sweet and turns from it with purpose of heart. It gives God glory, for it looks to Jesus who was pierced for men and set forth to be a propitiation for sin, and it finds pardon not in its own tears but in His precious blood.

You do well to pray that the Lord would work upon the hearts of these men who are learned in the law and yet fall short of the glory of God. Education cannot make a man righteous, nor can knowledge of statutes wash the conscience. Only Christ can do that, and repentance itself is His gift. We are not to seek to draw up repentance from the depths of our own heart as water from a well, but to ask Christ to work it in us by His Holy Spirit through belief of the truth as it is recorded in the Word of God. Remember also that the Lord Jesus Christ lives to pray for sinners. He lives to make intercession for the transgressors and to give to sinners the Holy Spirit to work in them true belief and true repentance.

Therefore continue in relentless prayer as you have begun. Ask that God would make them to hunger and thirst after righteousness, for our Lord has said, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled. Ask that He would grant them not a superficial sorrow but that practical repentance which yields works meet for repentance and which lasts, not for a day or a month, but for a life. Pray that they may see their sin in the light of Calvary and say, Alas, and did my Saviour bleed, and did my Sovereign die for me, and so turn from evil because of love to Him who died for them.

May the Lord cover His own with peace and understanding, and may He in mercy grant to those who are yet bound by Satan's lies that broken and contrite heart which He will not despise, and that truth which shall indeed set them free. Look to Jesus for this, and ask for an increase of faith and repentance, for He is able to give both. Let your will be done, O Lord, and let Christ be exalted in the saving of sinners. Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
