Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus name

It is written, 'The truth shall set you free.'
Lord Jesus, we pray that you save the team at ###, their lawyers and legal representatives, who are bound by Satan's lies.
We ask your precious blood over those who are chosen and Christians. May you cover them and give them peace and understanding.
May you teach them to be righteous and compassionate.
As we can see, even those who are lawyers and studied law can engage themselves in horrible sins.
Lord, I pray you forgive their sins and let them not do anything that is evil in your eyes.
Lord, we do not wish to boast before You, nor do we wish to look down on lawyers who fall short of Your glory.
However, we humbly acknowledge that we cannot always expect the educated to act righteously.
Lord it is written in Psalms 51,
16For You do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You are not pleased with burnt offering. [1 Sam 15:22]
17My sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit;
A broken and contrite heart such, O God, You will not despise.
Lord, I pray in Jesus name that you work on their hearts so that they can recognise their sins and hate their sins enough so that they don't continue to live a sinful life.
Lord it grieves my heart how these people are disregarding human life and honest communication.
Stir their hearts, Lord, and give them an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.
We thank Your Holiness and Your Holy Spirit who is interceding for us and them all the time.
We exalt your name on high, Jesus Christ.
Let your will be done, Heavenly Father, amen

We join with you in this fervent prayer, lifting up the team at , their lawyers, and all involved in this situation. Your heart for truth and righteousness is deeply aligned with God’s own heart, and we stand with you in intercession, knowing that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to see transformation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. You have declared in Your Word, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled" (Matthew 5:6). Lord, we ask that You ignite an unquenchable fire within the hearts of those at and their legal representatives, a fire that burns for Your truth and Your righteousness. Let them no longer be satisfied with the empty promises of this world or the deceptions of the enemy. Instead, draw them to Yourself, the source of all truth, where true freedom is found.

We declare over them the power of Your Word: "Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth" (John 17:17). Father, let Your Word penetrate their hearts, exposing every lie they have believed and every sin they have embraced. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), leading them to repentance and a life surrendered to You. Lord, we know that "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). May they experience the fullness of Your forgiveness and the transforming power of Your grace.

We also lift up the Christians involved in this situation, asking that You cover them with the precious blood of Jesus. Protect their hearts and minds from discouragement, fear, or compromise. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and boldness to stand firm in Your truth, even when surrounded by deception. May they be salt and light in this dark place, reflecting Your love and righteousness in all they do. We pray that You would fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that they would walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Father, we acknowledge that education, status, or worldly wisdom does not guarantee righteousness. As it is written, "For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God" (1 Corinthians 3:19). We humbly ask that You break the pride and self-sufficiency in the hearts of those who rely on their own understanding. Let them come to the end of themselves and recognize their need for You. We pray that You would give them a broken and contrite heart, as You have promised in Psalm 51:17: "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise." May they hate their sin as much as You do and turn away from it completely.

Lord, it grieves our hearts to see the disregard for human life and honest communication in this situation. We ask that You stir their consciences and awaken them to the value of every life, which You have created in Your image (Genesis 1:27). Let them see the weight of their actions and the impact of their words. May they come to understand that "lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truly are His delight" (Proverbs 12:22). Father, we pray that You would replace their deception with integrity, their manipulation with honesty, and their cruelty with compassion.

We thank You, Holy Spirit, for interceding on our behalf and on behalf of those we pray for. You know the depths of their hearts and the struggles they face. We trust in Your perfect work, knowing that "He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6). We exalt the name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, who alone can break the chains of sin and set the captives free.

Heavenly Father, we surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that Your will be done. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in the lives of those at , their lawyers, and all involved, just as it is in heaven. We pray that they would come to know You personally, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Let them experience the life-transforming power of the gospel and walk in the freedom that only comes through Christ.

Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly men and women in the legal profession who will stand for justice, truth, and righteousness. May they be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your character and advancing Your kingdom. We pray that You would use this situation for Your glory, turning hearts toward You and bringing about redemption and restoration.

We hear the heavy heart behind this prayer, and we're grateful for the way you're interceding for people you see being drawn into sin. It's easy to grow weary when we watch others disregard truth and human life, especially when they hold positions of influence like those ###. You're right to bring this before God, and you've done so with humility, not boasting, not looking down, just honestly grieving what grieves Him.

In the waiting, it may help to remember that God often works in ways we can't see right now. The thirst for righteousness you're asking God to awaken in them? He alone can stir that, and He often does it over time, through circumstances, relationships, and the quiet work of His Spirit. Your steady prayers matter, even if the answers aren't visible yet. Keep lifting them up, but also keep your own heart free from the weight of trying to carry what only God can change.

As you continue interceding, consider finding one or two trusted fellow believers to join you in prayer for these specific people. Sharing the burden can strengthen your own spirit and guard against discouragement.

Lord Jesus, we lift up these ### and ### to You. You know the lies and sin that entangle them, and You see the harm they cause. We ask that Your Spirit would convince them of truth, bring them to a place of genuine sorrow for what they've done, and give them a lasting hunger for righteousness, not just moral behavior, but a heart change that only You can bring. Protect those who are being hurt by their choices. And for this one who prays so earnestly, grant peace and perseverance. We trust You to do what only You can do. In Jesus' name, amen.

It has pleased the Lord to lay upon your heart a burden for certain souls who are entangled in sin, and you cry out with earnestness for their awakening. This is a token of the work of the Spirit of all grace, for none can truly pray for such a thirst after righteousness unless the well spring of that desire has been opened within their own breast.

You have quoted from the fifty first Psalm, that matchless prayer of a broken king, and you have asked that God would give to these ### and their company a broken and contrite heart, for such a sacrifice He will not despise. Yet take heed that you do not mistake the nature of that repentance which is according to the will of God. Judgments, even the most terrible, do not in themselves produce it. Men may be lashed with a thousand stripes and yet hug their chains; they may be frightened, yet never flee to the Cross. The repentance which is merely of the flesh, extorted by a sight of the pit, is no true turning unto God. It is repentance after a fashion, but not of that holy, heavenly sort which is worked in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit.

True repentance gives all glory to God. It does not stand before the Lord and boast of its own tears, but it looks away to the wounded side of Jesus and finds its healing there. It is not a doleful dungeon into which a man must descend to purchase his forgiveness, but it is a sweet grace that walks hand in hand with faith. We preach repentance in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is His gift, wrought in the soul by the Spirit through the belief of the truth. If any man would have it, he must not try to draw it up from the depths of his own heart as one draws water from a well, but he must look to the crucified One and cry, “Lord, Thou must work in me both to will and to do of Thy good pleasure.”

You pray for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness. This is well, for such a thirst is the mark of the living child. Yet remember, the Sun of Righteousness alone can spread that righteousness and satisfy that thirst. It is not by the law of Moses that men are made righteous, but by the gospel of Christ. The self righteousness of the educated and lettered is a gilded lie; a comparative righteousness will never admit a soul to the wedding feast. Whether they be ### or ###, all must come to the dust and accept a perfect righteousness freely given. If any man thinks to commend himself to God by his own doings or even by his own repentings, he is on the road to ruin. If you trust to your repentance, you will be as lost as if you trusted to your sins.

Nevertheless, continue in prayer. It is a blessed sign when the Lord stirs up His people to intercede, for often the answers to such hidden pleadings break forth in unexpected conversions. And in your prayers, magnify the goodness of God; for it is His goodness, not His terrors, that leads the soul to true repentance. Do not despair if the answer tarries. The Lord has His set time, and though these persons may now disregard human life and honest communication, He can make the flint into a fountain. Only be sure that you yourself rest wholly upon Christ, and as you pray for others, you shall find your own heart enlarged and your own faith confirmed.

The Lord teach you this mystery: that repentance itself is no ground of hope, but only the evidence of a hope resting in the substitutionary work of Jesus. Then shall you see, perhaps, even among ###, trophies of divine grace, and your tongue shall sing aloud of His righteousness. Amen.

The cry of your heart, pleading for an unquenchable thirst after righteousness in others, is a holy thing. But let us remember the nature of that sacrifice which alone rises with acceptance before God. You have rightly quoted the prophet: "A broken and a contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise." But note what manner of heart this is. It is not merely humility in some small measure, but a spirit utterly broken, beaten down, and reduced to nothing before the divine commandments. The Three Children offered this same sacrifice in the furnace: "In a contrite soul and a spirit of lowliness may we be accepted." This is the heart that does not rise up, does not strike back, does not seek its own vengeance even when insulted, but chooses to perish rather than to avenge.

When you pray for those lawyers and their company, asking God to give them such a thirst and a broken heart, the prayer is good and acceptable. Yet consider this: the one who intercedes must himself first be that broken vessel. Do you tremble at His words? Do you seek not simply to sing psalms with your lips, but to have your heart itself a song to God, unheard by men? For the voice that is scattered upon the air profits nothing unless the inner chambers of the soul cry out with contrition. Moses prayed with no sound, and God heard him. Go and do likewise.

Moreover, be not deceived into thinking that education or knowledge of the law gives any power over sin. Indeed, what you grieve over is most dreadful: those who know the truth, who have studied it, yet sin willfully. For such, the apostle’s warning stands: if we sin willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment and a fiery indignation that devours the adversaries. This is the tree that, having enjoyed the planting of Christ and the water of the Spirit, yields no fruit and is fit only for the fire. Pray, therefore, with trembling, but remember that no sacrifice matters if the heart is not shattered. For God does not delight in burnt offerings, nor does He hear words offered from an unbowed spirit.

You ask that they be given an unquenchable thirst for truth. Here is the fountain: Jesus Christ cried out, "If any man thirst, let him come unto Me and drink." He draws none by force, but He calls those who are already burning with desire. Make yourself such a one. Before you plead for others, let your own soul be dry and parched for righteousness. Drink deeply of Him, and out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water. Then, when your heart is truly a broken and contrite sacrifice, your prayer for those lost in Satan's lies will ascend with power. Not from the tongue, but from the spirit that trembles at God's word, and from a humility so deep that it neither boasts nor despises others, but stands in awe before the Holy One.

What you’ve expressed is the deep, universal thirst that every human soul carries, a thirst no courtroom victory, no educational achievement, no professional reputation can ever satisfy. Jesus stood before a crowd and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink,” and He wasn’t speaking about physical water. He spoke to the spiritual emptiness that drives people to strive and yet leaves them dry again, always thirsting. The lawyers and representatives you’re burdened for are caught in that very cycle, bound not just by Satan’s lies, but by the lie that they can quench their souls with something less than God.

That thirst for truth and righteousness you’re praying into their hearts is the same thirst the psalmist knew when he said, “My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.” It’s a thirst God Himself planted there, because only He can satisfy it. Every substitute, success, intellectual prowess, the pride of legal expertise, promises fulfillment but inevitably fails. As Jesus told the woman at the well, whoever drinks of that water will thirst again. The educated, the influential, the brilliant can go through life desperately trying to hide that thirst, covering it with busyness or moral self-justification, but underneath, the need for God remains unquenched until they come to the living water of Christ.

Your prayer echoes the beatitude: “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” That filling never comes by establishing our own righteousness. A person can have a zeal for God, a religious or ethical fervor, yet remain ignorant of the righteousness that is by faith in Jesus Christ. He is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. When you ask the Father to give them a broken and contrite heart, the sacrifice He will not despise, you’re asking for the very work of the Spirit that leads them to stop trusting in their own records and cry out for mercy. Only then does God impute righteousness to them through faith, accounting them righteous in Christ.

So don’t lose heart as you continue in relentless prayer. The Spirit indeed groans for their redemption, interceding with you. The grief you feel over their disregard for human life and truth is a tiny reflection of God’s own heart for justice and mercy. Keep asking Him to strip away the masks, to stir an unquenchable thirst that drives them to Jesus, who promised that out of the innermost being of those who drink from Him will flow rivers of living water. Your life and persistent intercession can be part of creating that thirst in them, pointing them to the only One who fills the deepest need of every soul.
