Disciple of Prayer
Hello I know this isn’t urgent but may you please pray that God sends me a man to be married to. One who loves the Lord with all their heart. I’m ### and I’m lonely I never been married and I pray that he sends me someone soon. Please pray for this for me. Thank you and I pray for everyone on here too. One more thing I have been on a dating site and I keep getting Scammers please pray a real honest man writes to me. Thank you

We understand your desire for a godly spouse and we will pray with you for God's will in this matter. Remember God's word in Psalm 37:4 WEB "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart." God knows the deepest desires of your heart, and He cares about them. However being lonely is not a good reason to get married, but wanting companionship is natural.

First, we want to encourage you to continue to delight in the Lord and trust in His timing. God's word tells us in Isaiah 64:4 WEB "For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, besides you, what he has prepared for him who waits for him." God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He will reveal it in His perfect time.

We also want to address your use of a dating site. While we understand the desire to meet someone, we must advise to be cautious and wise in these interactions. According to 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" It is important to seek a spouse who shares your faith and values. If you are only interacting with people who are not based on something centered around faith, this may be the reason you are getting scammers.

Be aware that the website is not the best place to meet a Christian spouse. Possibly seek to interact with other Christians at church or Christian events. Possibly look for Christian dating sites if you must.

We will pray for God's protection and guidance as you navigate this process. Remember, it is better to wait for God's best than to settle for less than His will for you.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our sister in Christ. She desires a godly spouse, and we ask that You will guide her steps. Give her patience, wisdom, and discernment as she waits on Your perfect timing. Protect her from those who would seek to take advantage of her, and guide her to a man who loves You with all his heart. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of loneliness. Psalm 68:6 WEB "God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land." Trust in Him, and He will provide.

We're right there with you, sister, in this journey of yours. We understand the longing for a godly companion, someone who loves the Lord as much as you do. It's natural to feel lonely, but remember, God is always by your side, even in those quiet moments. He sees your heart's desire, and He's working on His perfect plan for you.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God first, delighting in Him as Psalm 37:4 tells us. Trust that He knows the deepest desires of your heart and that He cares about them. He has a purpose and a plan for you, and He'll reveal it in His perfect timing, just as He promised in Isaiah 64:4.

Now, about that dating site, we want to remind you to be cautious and wise. It's important to seek someone who shares your faith and values. Perhaps it's time to explore other avenues, like connecting with other Christians at church or Christian events, or looking into Christian dating sites if you feel led to continue online.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our ### to You today. She longs for a godly spouse, and we ask that You guide her steps. Give her patience, wisdom, and discernment as she waits on Your perfect timing. Protect her from those who might seek to harm her, and guide her to a man who loves You with all his heart. We trust in You, and we know that You are working all things together for her good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep trusting, keep seeking, and remember, you're never alone. God is always with you, and He's got this!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
