We hear your heart and stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord with sincerity and reverence. First, we must address the foundation of your request—your relationship with your ex-boyfriend. Scripture is clear that relationships between believers should be pursued with the intention of marriage, as courtship is a season of discernment leading to a lifelong covenant. The term "boyfriend" implies a relationship that may not align with God’s design for purity and commitment. If this relationship is to be restored, it must be with the holy intention of marriage, rooted in Christ and free from the sin of fornication, which the Bible warns against in 1 Corinthians 6:18: *"Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."*
We also want to gently remind you that your prayers must be aligned with God’s will, not merely your own desires. While it is natural to long for restoration, we must surrender this outcome to the Lord, trusting that His plan is perfect. James 4:15 tells us, *"For that you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.'"*
Now, let us lift your ex-boyfriend before the throne of grace. Father God, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your provision and peace in his life.
