We join with you in bringing this desire before the Lord and we understand your longing for companionship, for a faithful and honest woman who will walk beside you in life. This is a good and natural desire that God Himself placed in the heart of man, for it is written Genesis 2:18 that it is not good that the man should be alone, and Proverbs 18:22 says whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. We pray with you that God will provide according to His perfect will and timing.
We want to encourage you to seek this blessing in a way that honors God. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman ordained by God, and any relationship between a man and a woman should be approached as courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ. We pray not simply for a girlfriend or a partner, but for a godly wife, for a spouse who will be your helper and co-heir in Christ. Scripture teaches us 2 Corinthians 6:14 not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity. Therefore we pray that the woman the Lord brings into your life will be a faithful Christian believer who loves Jesus first, for only then can she truly love you well. A loyal and honest woman of noble character is described in Proverbs 31:10 and Proverbs 31:30, that charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised. We encourage you to look for that inner beauty and fear of the Lord above all else, and to prepare yourself to be the godly husband she will need, loving her as Christ loved the church Ephesians 5:25 and leading your future home in righteousness.

A courtship that honors God will pursue holiness, patience, and self-control.

Your prayer for a loyal and honest companion has been brought before the Lord and we join you in seeking His gracious will in this matter.
There is a holy and honourable desire in longing for such fellowship, for marriage is not a common thing but a sacred covenant ordained of God. As it has been well said, it is not a less sacred thing to be the married wife than to be otherwise consecrated to Christ, and in a true marriage the husband and wife become one. The very crown of marriage is mutual delight and complacency, where two hearts are knit together in the Lord and become pillars and ornaments to one another and to the household which God builds.
We pray that the peace and happiness you seek may first be found firmly in Christ Himself, for He alone is the fountain of lasting peace, and then, if it be His good pleasure, that He may bring into your life a woman who walks in godly fear and sincerity. We ask the Lord to provide, in His perfect time, a wife who loves Christ above all, who is faithful, truthful and pure, and who will walk beside you as one with you in faith and purpose, according to His design of a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, where love is kept within the holy bounds of marriage.
May the Lord make you ready for such a union even as you wait, that you may be a man of prayer, of integrity and of steadfast love, worthy of the trust you desire from another.
