Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning the old relationships on your heart. We have continued to bring your request for reconciliation before the Lord, asking that if it is His will to mend these relationships He would bring about that restoration and make His will very clear to you so you will know without doubt that He is leading. We have also prayed with compassion for your honest sharing about feeling afraid to reach out first because of the painful and negative things that have happened between you and these individuals, and for your humble and willing heart to obey Him with His strength even when it is difficult, which we do not see as prideful but as honest before God. We are reminded of Rom 12:18 which calls us to live at peace with everyone as far as it depends on us, and of 2 Cor 5:18 which reminds us that God has given us the ministry of reconciliation.
