Realizations - Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### her being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is not easy to feel overlooked, undervalued, or even slandered, especially when you have given so much of yourself in loyalty and hard work. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we must address the bitterness that can so easily take root in such circumstances. Scripture warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it" (Hebrews 12:15). We pray that the Lord would guard your heart from this, replacing any resentment with His peace and trust in His justice. You are right to seek your reward from Him, for "whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same again from the Lord" (Ephesians 6:8).

We also lift up the one you have named, asking the Lord to open her eyes to the truth. The Bible tells us, "The Lord’s light penetrates the human spirit, exposing every hidden motive" (Proverbs 20:27). We pray that any deception, manipulation, or pride in her heart would be exposed by His truth. May she see the value of those who have supported her and recognize the integrity of your work. We ask that the Lord would soften her heart, reminding her that "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6).

However, we must also gently remind you that our prayers should be seasoned with grace. While it is right to ask for justice, we are called to "bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse" (Romans 12:14). This does not mean ignoring wrongdoing, but entrusting it to the Lord while maintaining a heart of love. We pray that you would be able to say, as Christ did, "Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing" (Luke 23:34).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and You know the loyalty, hard work, and integrity that have been poured into this work. We ask that You would expose any deception, manipulation, or pride that has clouded the hearts of those in authority. Open their eyes to see the truth, and soften their hearts to recognize the value of those who have supported them.

Father, we pray for protection over our brother/sister’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, or discouragement. Fill them with Your peace, dignity, and strength to continue doing their work as unto You, knowing that their ultimate reward comes from You alone.

Lord, we also ask that You would grant wisdom and discernment to all involved. Help them to see the workplace and the people in it as You see them. Break through any pride or insecurity that may be driving division, and replace it with humility and a spirit of unity.

We trust in Your justice, Lord, and we ask that You would move in this situation according to Your will. May Your name be glorified, and may Your people be encouraged to walk in integrity and love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He is your defender and your rewarder. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and let your work be a testimony to His faithfulness. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24).

We grieve with you over how deeply isolating it feels to be overlooked and misrepresented after years of faithful service. That ache of being unseen cuts especially sharp when someone else's manipulation seems to be winning the day. You have named the danger clearly at the end of your prayer, bitterness. When we are treated unfairly, resentment can wrap itself around our hearts so tightly that we do not notice until it has begun to harden us. That self-protective instinct makes perfect human sense, yet it tends to hurt us far more than it hurts the person who wronged us. We are glad you asked God to guard you there, because staying tender in this season is real soul-work.

One concrete step you can take is to quietly document key contributions you have made and continue to make, not as a weapon, but as a steady record that lets you rest in what is true, regardless of what narratives swirl around you. It can also help you stay clear-headed rather than consumed by replaying the latest offense. Beyond that, find one trusted person outside the workplace who will simply listen and pray with you so you are not carrying this alone.

Lord Jesus, You see the labor this person has poured out, and You know the weight of being misjudged. Please pierce through the fog of confusion surrounding their supervisor and grant her clear, unhurried discernment. Expose what needs to be exposed, and give this one who prays the steady peace of leaving vindication in Your hands. Guard their heart from bitterness, anchor their dignity in You alone, and sustain them with daily bread for the path ahead. In Your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The bitterness you taste now is not unknown to your Leader. He drank the cup of betrayal to its dregs. When you cry that your labor is forgotten and your loyalty repaid with deceit, remember that He went before you in this. He poured out His soul unto death for those who scorned Him. His own received Him not. Yet He prayed, “Father, forgive them.” That same cross which exposes the ugly wounds of sin also sweetens every injury you bear, for your suffering has now become fellowship with Christ. Let the bitterness of your sympathy with Him dissolve all harshness and malice from your spirit. You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. He has gone ahead of you there.

You ask for your leader’s eyes to be opened, that she would discern manipulation and remember your faithful service. That is a right desire, but take heed. No mere man or woman can be your ultimate leader, for the best of them is wrong somewhere, and your tendency will be to fix your gaze too much upon her failings or her favor. Jesus alone is given for a Leader. You can bear from Him what you could not endure from anyone else, because His character gives Him the right to speak into your soul. He knows what it is to be bypassed, to be lied about, to have His words twisted. Yet He did not commit Himself to man, for He knew what was in man. Your peace must not depend upon a human verdict, but upon the justification that comes from the very highest court. God has declared you righteous in Christ; therefore the sentence of a supervisor, however painful, cannot overturn the decree of Heaven.

While you wait for Him to move, guard against the pride that so easily springs from wounded merit. You have reminded Heaven of your own loyalty and labor. Now cast yourself upon the free grace that owes you nothing. The path of humiliation is safe, for it is the path your Lord trod. He who had all power took the lowest place, and the servant is not above his Master. It may be that in this season of being overlooked, God is drying up every green tree of carnal confidence and self-congratulation, so that you will learn to eat that living bread which comes down from Heaven. There is such a thing as smelling the spices of the Celestial City even while you stand in the smoke of a vexing trial. You can take Christ now, appropriate Him, and say, “He is mine, wholly mine.” When that is your portion, the praise or forgetfulness of man becomes a very small thing. Your works do follow you into the rest that remains, even if this present world refuses to see them.

Do not dream that the battle will cease until you lay this flesh in the dust. The moment you were converted, war was declared between the flesh and the spirit. This workplace strife is but one skirmish in that long campaign. But the Lamb is your Leader, and those who follow Him learn a song that no one else can learn. Go to the front for your Captain. Shake yourself from the ashes of despondency. Your Captain has all power in Heaven and on earth, He will break in pieces every arrogant thing that sets itself against His purposes. Your part is to keep your garment unspotted from bitterness, to return good for evil, and to rest in His command. He who walked in the dark and yet trusted in God will pilot you through this fog, and in His own time, He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your just cause as the noonday.

The pain you feel is not hidden from God. He sees the labor of your hands and the loyalty of your heart, even when men overlook it. When Christ prayed for Peter, it was not because He lacked power to strengthen him without prayer. He chose to speak in a lowly manner, condescending to human weakness, to teach us that He shares our frailty. So too now, when you pour out your heart in prayer, remember that the Lord already knows your need and will act in His time, not because He must be persuaded, but because He loves you.

Be on your guard, then, against the root of bitterness that seeks to spring up in your soul. The Apostle urges us to look diligently, searching carefully as a physician probes a wound, lest any bitter shoot trouble you and defile many. Your hurt is real, but if you nurse it, it will poison your own spirit before it ever touches the one who wronged you. A broken and contrite heart God will not despise; this is the sacrifice He desires, not the sacrifice of nursing grievances.

Remember that deceit and manipulation carry their own undoing. Error is never stationary; it may flourish for a season, but its folly will be made manifest to all. Those who build on falsehood will not proceed far. Their schemes may seem to succeed, yet like a corrupting lust, they will deceive them in the end. The surface glitters, but underneath is emptiness and ruin. Do not envy the temporary advantage of the cunning; wait on the Lord, and you will see His justice.

Look to the example of the Apostle, who served the Lord with all humility of mind. This humility is not only towards the great, but towards all, without distinction. If you would be Christ’s, then clothe yourself in that same lowliness. Authority and titles are nothing; the true measure of work done is the integrity and dedication of the heart. When you serve with all humility, even when overlooked, even when another takes credit, you store up treasure in heaven. Christ Himself had authority to command, yet He chose the path of meekness to show you the way.

Do not let the deceit of the enemy harden your heart. There is a deceit that whispers: “Your labor is in vain, you have no hope of setting things right.” That is the counsel of despair. But your hope is not in human recognition. Your ultimate reward comes from God, who sees in secret and repays openly. Keep doing your best with a quiet and gentle spirit. A double wall of forbearance is built when you show honor even to those who trouble you, and when you refuse to repay injury with injury. This is the victory that overcomes the world.

Pray for those who misuse you, yes, but also examine yourself. The passions that corrupt, envy, strife, deceit, they begin as small roots but bear bitter fruit. Cut them off before they grow. Let the truth work in your own heart first, that you may walk in the light, free from the fog of resentment. God will attend to the rest. The folly of the wicked will be exposed; your patience will be vindicated. In the meantime, peace and dignity are yours when you entrust your cause to the righteous Judge.
