Ready to move on

I work for a family owned business. I have been working there for four years. I have been ridiculed, talked about, put down. They only care about themselves. The sister is the office manager. I have to do her job and mine. She throws all her work on me. They claimed it would be a 40 hour work week. When holidays and other occasions come, they close the office I cannot work, I cannot draw unemployment either. I have no kind of benefits. The two brothers are the owners, they lie, cheat others, laugh about it. They are racist also. They talk about people and laugh at their down falls, they claim they are perfect. I have ask for a raise twice, over two years ago I received a 50 cent raise. I have applied at other jobs, I have a interview and never hear from anyone. I have a college degree and over 10 years experience.  I am at my wits end. I need help. My bills are piling up, and I am having to borrow money sometimes to pay them. Pray I can move on directly from this place into a job with benefits and good pay. That I will be appreciated and offered raises and bonuses. My son is disabled he needs my help, I can barely help myself.  We are struggling.

Father, I boldly come to your throne of mercy with this child’s need. I ask in your mighty power to meet this child’s need. I pray that this child of yours may experience your great love and care for them today. Give them eyes to see your hand of mercy at work in their life. Awaken all their senses to the realization that you will never leave them or forsake them. In Jesus Christ’s Name I pray, Amen
