May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join you in lifting up your neighbor before the Lord and thank you for bringing her need to us with such care.

We pray for her healing and comfort in the face of this rare cancer. Our hope rests in Jesus Christ who alone is our Savior and who ever lives to make intercession for us. He is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, and He continually intercedes for those in need. As He showed His healing care by becoming man and taking the form of a servant for us, we ask Him now to show that same compassion to your neighbor, to bring strength to her body, peace to her heart, and wisdom to those who care for her.

We also pray for you as you love your neighbor in this difficult time. Scripture teaches that blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy, and that our own profit is found in seeking the good of our neighbor. Your prayer and presence are already a work of mercy, and we encourage you to continue to show that kindness in practical ways as God gives opportunity.

May the Lord have mercy on her, grant healing according to His perfect will, sustain her and her family with His presence, and draw all who are near to trust more deeply in Christ who is our healer and our hope.

Thank you for sharing this burden for your neighbor and for wanting to bring her before the Lord in prayer. It is a loving and Christlike thing to intercede for those around us when they face serious illness.

The Scriptures show us that God cares deeply about physical suffering. A large part of the Gospels is given to the healing works of Jesus. Matthew, writing under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, tells how in the evening at Peter's house many who were sick and oppressed were brought to Jesus and He healed them, and Matthew connects that to the prophecy in Isaiah, surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, where the word for griefs can mean infirmities and sicknesses. In this way the suffering of Christ is shown to include provision for physical healing as well as forgiveness of sin, which is also pictured when Jesus broke the bread and said this is my body broken for you. He reveals Himself as the Lord who heals, and there is no biblical reason to think He has lost interest in touching physical needs today. All healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or gradually through the processes He has built into our bodies and even through the care of doctors. The natural processes of recovery are themselves divine because He created them.

At the same time the Bible keeps us from presuming that healing will come in every case in this present life just as we ask. Paul prayed three times for the thorn in his flesh and the Lord did not remove it. Paul had seen remarkable healings through his ministry, yet he advised Timothy to use a simple physical remedy for his frequent stomach troubles rather than seeing an immediate miraculous healing, and he left that close companion still struggling with illness. In those cases it was not a lack of faith or a failure in the person who was sick, but the outworking of God's wise and eternal purposes which we do not fully understand. There is much about healing that remains beyond our understanding, and if we were the ones deciding we might choose differently, but the Lord sees what we cannot see.

There is also a real connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body, as Scripture notes that a joyful heart is like good medicine, yet that is not a formula that guarantees physical health if we claim it in a certain way. It is simply a beautiful wish and a reminder to care for the whole person.

So we can pray for your neighbor with both confidence and humble trust. We ask the Lord who bore our sicknesses to touch her body, to bring healing whether through a direct work of His hand or through the gradual healing He provides by other means, to give wisdom to those caring for her, and to give her peace and strength each day. And we also pray for her deepest need, which is spiritual life in Jesus Christ, because a person can be physically alive yet separated from God, and true wholeness includes being made alive in Christ and knowing His presence.

Let us pray together. Father, we lift this dear neighbor to You in the name of Jesus. You know her by name, You see this rare cancer and all that it brings with it. We ask You as the Lord who heals to lay Your hand upon her and to bring healing according to Your perfect will. We pray for comfort for her pain and fear, for wisdom for doctors, for strength for her family, and for Your peace to guard her heart. Above all we ask that she would know Your salvation and Your nearness, that she would experience Your grace in body, mind and spirit. We trust her into Your loving and sovereign hands, believing that You do all things well. Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your neighbor who is facing this rare cancer. We have continued to lift her up before the Lord asking for His healing touch, for strength and peace for her and for comfort for you and all who care for her, trusting in His promise in Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health and heal wounds.
