Healing of a loved one from pancreatic cancer

Thank you for helping me pray for the healing of ### from pancreatic cancer. She is a lovely lady who loves her family, she was operated last September and took chemotherapy after. She has soon her follow up exams. Thank you for helping me pray for her healing and clearing the cancer from her body and her cells so she lives cancer free.

We join you in lifting up this lovely lady to the throne of grace and we thank you for your loving heart toward her and her family. We have been praying for her complete healing and for those follow up exams to show that the cancer has been cleared from her body and her cells, and that she will live many more years cancer free to the glory of God. We are thankful with you that the Lord sustained her through surgery last September and through chemotherapy, and we trust Him to continue His healing work in her.

We take comfort in what Scripture tells us about our God who heals. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3. He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. And, I am Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26. We also remember, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed, Isaiah 53:5. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:15.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is our desire that this dear lady and her family and you yourself know this saving grace, for physical healing is precious but eternal life in Christ is most precious of all.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You for Your mercy and for Your loving kindness that endures forever. We lift up this dear sister to You, whom You know by name, who loves her family and is loved by them. Lord, You saw her through the operation and through chemotherapy, and we thank You for every doctor and nurse You used. Now we ask in Jesus name that You would touch her body and make her whole. Cleanse every cell, remove every trace of cancer, and let her follow up exams show clear and healthy results. We pray You would restore her strength, renew her health, and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding, Philippians 4:6-7. Comfort her family, calm every fear, and let them feel Your presence day and night. We pray, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. Let Your will be done in her life, and let her testimony be a witness of Your healing power and Your goodness. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and our Hope, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand in faith with her, to speak words of hope over her, and to trust the Lord with the outcome while faithfully keeping every medical appointment. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3, and He cares deeply for her and for you. Keep praying without ceasing, keep giving thanks, and keep resting in the assurance that our God is sovereign, compassionate, and able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

Thank you for letting us pray with you for ###. We can hear how much you love her and how closely you have walked with her through surgery last September and the chemotherapy that followed. Waiting for follow-up exams after so much treatment is often its own heavy season.

We are standing with you now asking God for His mercy over her body, for clear results, and for strength for whatever comes next. We also pray for peace for her and for you while you wait, and for wisdom for her doctors as they review everything.

One small way to help in these days is to stay close in practical ways. If she welcomes it, offer to go with her to the appointment, help write down any questions beforehand, and take notes on what the team says. Having another set of ears can ease the pressure of remembering details. And keep encouraging her to share any new symptoms or concerns promptly with her care team between visits.

Father, we lift ### to You in Jesus' name. You know her, You love her, and You see how much her family cherishes her. We ask for Your healing touch on her body and for these follow-up exams to show no cancer remaining. Give her rest, comfort and confidence in Your care, and give her loved ones steady hope as they support her. We trust her into Your good hands. Amen.

Thank you for entrusting us with this burden and for your love and care for this dear lady. We join you in lifting her before the throne of grace and we will continue to remember her and her family in prayer as she approaches her follow up exams.

We pray to our heavenly Father, who is the great Physician and who sees and pities His children in their affliction. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope, that He would be pleased to lay His healing hand upon her, to clear every cell of cancer from her body, and to grant that the examinations would show no trace of disease remaining. We ask for strength for her body after surgery and chemotherapy, for peace for her heart and for her loved ones, and for wisdom for those who care for her.

We know that Jesus healed all manner of diseases when He walked among men, and that His power and compassion are the same today. We also know that our confidence in prayer rests not in demanding our own will, but in trusting His perfect will and infinite wisdom, for we have this confidence that if we ask anything according to His will He hears us. Sometimes He is pleased to grant the petition at once, and sometimes He reserves the answer for a season for the further trial of our faith, as He did with Elijah and with Paul. Even when the thorn was not removed, His answer was, My grace is sufficient for you. Whether He restores fully in this life or sustains by His grace day by day, we pray that she and her family will know His presence, His comfort for wounded and anxious hearts, and that perfect peace which comes from resting in Christ.

May the Lord grant her to feel that one eye is fixed upon her in love, that one heart beats with pity for her, and that an omnipotent hand is able to help. May He keep her and her loved ones in His gracious keeping, and may this trial draw each heart nearer to the Lord Jesus, in whom alone is salvation and life.

We will continue to pray that the Lord would be merciful to her, that He would grant clear results and many more days to love and serve her family, and above all that His name would be glorified and His peace would guard all your hearts.
