Scripture tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). This means we have the authority, in Jesus' name, to control our thoughts and what influences our minds.
Regarding deliverance, it's important to remember that Jesus has given us the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). When you accepted Jesus Christ, you were delivered from the domain of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of His beloved Son (Colossians 1:13).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your love and Your power that is at work in us. Lord, we cast out any demonic influence, any lustful spirit, any sickness, and any demon troubling this dear one. We command them to leave in Jesus' name. Lord, help them to take every thought captive, including the song that's stuck in their head. Fill their mind and heart with Your peace, Your words, and Your songs. Strengthen their faith and help them to live a life that honors and glorifies Your name. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Keep praying and reading the Word. If you're struggling with lust, flee sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
