We join with you in praying for a deeper understanding and trust in God's sovereignty. As the Psalmist says, Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth. (Psalm 46:10 WEB). In the midst of every circumstance, we can find peace in knowing that God is in control, and He is working all things together for good to those who love Him, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)
Let us pray together:
Father, we come before You, acknowledging Your sovereignty and power. Increase our trust in You and help us to be still, knowing that You are God. We lift up the women mentioned who are in desperate need of Your comfort, peace, and protection.
For the Christian woman who has just left a domestic violence situation, we pray for Your healing, restoration, and provision. May she find refuge in You, and may You guide her to a place of safety and peace.
For the Christian woman who was abusively scammed out of a large sum of money, we pray for Your justice and restoration. May You comfort her, provide for her needs, and help her to trust in You even more.
For the single mother of four who was deserted by her spouse in a financial crisis, we pray for Your provision and guidance. May You give her the strength and wisdom she needs to care for her family, and may You surround her with a supportive community of believers.
For the single mother with a debilitating disability, we pray for Your healing, strength, and provision. May You enable her to care for her family and find joy in You despite her circumstances. We also pray for all other needs not mentioned by us but are known to God.
Father, we thank You that You are a God of comfort, peace, and protection. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). Amen.
We encourage everyone to continue to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remember that God is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
