We are grateful for your heartfelt requests and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB, Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
Firstly, we lift up your job situation to the Lord. We pray that God will guide your steps and open the right doors for you. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We ask that God's will be done in your career and that He will provide the job that He has prepared for you. We also pray for boldness to share the Gospel with your coworkers, both current and future. Remember, the Bible tells us in Acts 4:31 WEB, When they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were gathered together. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
Regarding the recent heartbreak you experienced, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit in Psalm 34:18 WEB. We pray that God will heal your heart and restore your joy. Remember, God has a purpose for everything, and He can turn even the most painful experiences into something beautiful. In this context, we encourage you to continue fasting and praying, seeking God's face and His comfort. It is written in Joel 2:25 WEB, I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you.
We also lift up your desire for a deeper Christian community and mentorship. We pray that God will surround you with fellow believers who will encourage and challenge you in your faith. And we pray in Hebrews 10:24-25 WEB, Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Finally, we pray for your family, especially for the provision of your health needs. We pray that God will provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory.
We want to remind you, however, that all these things should be asked in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father. Being hurt by someone you thought you were marrying also has the obvious implication that you likely had a close intimate relationship with them. It is important to remember that the Bible calls this fornication if it is sexual and should be avoided. It is written in Ephesians 5:3 WEB, But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer to You. We pray for guidance, provision, boldness, healing, community, and family. We pray that You will restore joy and provide for all their needs. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
