Proverbs, Chapter 6

6:1 My son, if you have become surety for your fellow man, If you have stricken your hands for a stranger;

6:2 You are snared with the words of your mouth, You are taken with the words of your mouth.

6:3 Do this now, my son, and deliver yourself, Seeing you have come into the hand of your fellow man: Go, humble yourself, and importune your fellow man;

6:4 Don't give sleep to your eyes, Nor slumber to your eyelids;

6:5 Deliver yourself as a roe from the hand [of the hunter], And as a bird from the hand of the fowler.

6:6 Go to the ant, you sluggard; Consider her ways, and be wise:

6:7 Which having no chief, Overseer, or ruler,

6:8 Provides her bread in the summer, And gathers her food in the harvest.

6:9 How long will you sleep, O sluggard? When will you arise out of your sleep?

6:10 [Yet] a little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep:

6:11 So will your poverty come as a robber, And your want as an armed man.

6:12 [A] worthless man, a man of iniquity, Is he who walks with a perverse mouth;

6:13 Who winks with his eyes, who speaks with his feet, Who makes signs with his fingers;

6:14 In whose heart is perverseness, Who devises evil continually, Who sows discord.

6:15 Therefore will his calamity come suddenly; All of a sudden he will be broken, and that without remedy.

6:16 There are six things which Yahweh hates; Yes, seven which are disgusting to him:

6:17 Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, And hands that shed innocent blood;

6:18 A heart that devises wicked purposes, Feet that are swift in running to mischief,

6:19 A false witness who utters lies, And he who sows discord among brothers.

6:20 My son, keep the commandment of your father, And don't forsake the law of your mother:

6:21 Bind them continually on your heart; Tie them about your neck.

6:22 When you walk, it will lead you; When you sleep, it will watch over you; And when you awake, it will talk with you.

6:23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is a light; And reproofs of instruction are the way of life:

6:24 To keep you from the evil woman, From the flattery of the foreigner's tongue.

6:25 Don't lust after her beauty in your heart; Neither let her take you with her eyelids.

6:26 For on account of a prostitute [a man is brought] to a piece of bread; And the adulteress hunts for the precious life.

6:27 Can a man take fire in his bosom, And his clothes not be burned?

6:28 Or can one walk on hot coals, And his feet not be scorched?

6:29 So he who goes in to his fellow man's wife; Whoever has any sex with her will not be unpunished.

6:30 Men do not despise a thief, if he steals To satisfy himself when he is hungry:

6:31 But if he is found, he will restore sevenfold; He will give all the substance of his house.

6:32 He who commits adultery with a woman is void of understanding: He who does it destroys his own soul.

6:33 Wounds and dishonor he will get; And his reproach will not be wiped away.

6:34 For jealousy is the rage of a [noble] man; And he will not spare in the day of vengeance.

6:35 He will not regard any ransom; Neither will he rest content, though you give many gifts.

If we trust God with our whole hearts and forget past calamities and tribulations then we can be victorious through Jesus Christ who loves all His children.  Let us start looking forward with gratitude for those things God has brought into our lives.  How long are gona sleep you sluggard?  Prov. 6.9  Please God, help us to be busy, working for your glory and honor. To do thy will oh Lord is my delight.

Get your problems off your head by helping others in need. Specially those who are old. They need a lot of help and they will be so happy to have you around.  Jesus told us to help the widows and those who are sick. If you do this wonderful thing all your problems will go away because you are obeying Gods commands to love one another.  Proverbs 6.20  My son keep the commandments of your father and do not forsake the law of your mother.  Let us obey the word of God and bless our parents who are old and unable to help themselves.  Dear God, please bless our services tonight and bring new souls to yourself. In Your name. Amen

For God has not given us the sprit of fear but of power and of love.  Let us hear what God is telling us. Do not fear the devil is like a hungry lion looking whom he may devour.  Stay on the Word, pray hard, fast and visit the sick and pray for them. Jesus is on your side and with Him we will be more than conquerors. Do not lust after her beauty in your heart.  Prov. 6.25  If you are married and have children then it is not right to go after another woman who may cause you to sin. Ask God to protect you from all kinds of temptations the devil may set it up on your way.

"Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!" Read about the deep things of God and the riches of his grace. This and other resources are now integrated into the Virtual Prayer Partner that you can interact with.
Do not give sleep to your eyes. Proverbs 6.4  Stay in prayer and Bible studies because Jesus also pray day and night. He loved to be in close contact with His heavenly Father and that is one reason the apostles asked Him to teach them how to pray. Jesus full of mercy and compasion taught them how to.  So, do not fear anything  as long as you know that God is for you. No no one will be against you.  Praise and honor His holy name at all times and He will bless you abundantly.

You may be waiting for God but God is waiting foy you to do extraordinary things for His glory and honor. You can volunteer at the local soup kitchen where they feed thousands of homeless and clothe the naked. Jesus is waiting for you to help the Meal on Wheels to feed the shut ins, the home bound and all the elderly that live at home alone. Please pray for all their relatives to visit and to help them. Proverbs 6.17 Haughty eyes and lying tongue. Please stay away from this two evils that the devil sets on our way to trick us up and make us fall and desplease God. Pride and hate is what Jesus does not like so let us start doing what is right. Obey Gods word and do His will.

Great is thy faithfulness Oh lord my Father . All I have needed Thy hand had provided. Great is Thy faithfulness Lord unto me.  Love to sing this wonderful song of truth and abinding love toward God and He is the provider of all good things to His dear children. See the hand of the Lord how He will give you alll you want and all you desire. Serving Him and doing His will makes a person so happy and enjoy life. So will your poverty will come as a robber.  Prov. 6.11 Do not let the devil in or his demons to get you poor, needy and lost in the world. He is the author of poverty and want. Cast Him out of your life in the power of the Holy Spirit just as Jesus did to all demons of depression, fear, worry and cast out all kinds of sickness that the devil brought in to people. Dear God, deliver us from poverty, need, want and worry, In Jesus precious name. Amen

Jesus gentlest savior. God of might and power. Make your dwelling place in our hearts and souls. Come to our hearts lord Jesus. We are your vessels we are your children who love you so much. Proverbs 6.22  When you walk, I will lead you. When you sleep, I will watch over you. And when you are awake I will talk with you. Blessed Jesus. This is your promise for all of us. Please walk with us, lead our way sometimes we are lost and we need someone to guide us. When we sleep please protect us from the torments from hell that the devil tries to send out way. All nightmares, all strange noises and ugly voices take away from us. Give us peace and joy in our hearts. Please talk to us when we are awake. We need to hear your blessed voice down deep in our hearts. We pray in Your name. Amen

Tower and refuge and strenght is our Lord. We will always worship Your. Shout to the Lord, power and majesty, mountains and valleys will bow down at the sight of our Lord. I sing for joy for ever I love you. NOthing compares with the joy that He gives us. Power and majesty to our lord and King. Blessed be His holy name.  Do not give sleep to your eyes. Prov. 6.4  Evangeliaze the whole world. Work for Jesus every single day. Do not give sleep to your eyes because the days are evil and we need to be busy working for God.

There will be sings in the sun in the moon and in the stars. And on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves men fainting for fear at the expectation of the things that are coming upon the world. Our lord and savior is coming soon and there will be signs everywhere so let us be ready to see Jesus face to face and to welcome Him because He is coming for you and for me to take us home to heaven. Is not that a wonderful news for us today? Prov. 6.24 To keep you from the evil woman. Jesus is protecting all of us from all kind of temptations because He loves us so much and want us to take us home to heaven. If we sin then we will not be able to go to heaven to be with Jesus. If I regard iniquity in mine heart. The Lord will not hear me. Stay away from sin and evil and God will be your best friend.
