Proverbs, Chapter 28

28:1 The wicked flee when no man pursues; But the righteous are bold as a lion.

28:2 For the transgression of a land many are its princes; But by [a] man of understanding [and] knowledge the state [of it] will be prolonged.

28:3 A needy [noble] man who oppresses the poor Is [like] a sweeping rain which leaves no food.

28:4 Those who forsake the law praise the wicked; But such as keep the law contend with them.

28:5 Evil men don't understand justice; But those who seek Yahweh understand all things.

28:6 Better is the poor who walks in his integrity, Than he who is perverse in [his] ways, though he is rich.

28:7 Whoever keeps the law is a wise son; But he who is a shepherd of gluttons shames his father.

28:8 He who augments his substance by interest and increase, Gathers it for him who has pity on the poor.

28:9 He who turns away his ear from hearing the law, Even his prayer is disgusting.

28:10 Whoever causes the upright to go astray in an evil way, He will fall into his own pit; But the perfect will inherit good.

28:11 The rich man is wise in his own eyes; But the poor who has understanding searches him out.

28:12 When the righteous triumph, there is great glory; But when the wicked rise, man will hide.

28:13 He who covers his transgressions will not prosper: But whoever confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.

28:14 Happy is [the] man who fears always; But he who hardens his heart will fall into mischief.

28:15 [As] a roaring lion, and a ranging bear, [so is] a wicked ruler over a poor people.

28:16 The leader who lacks understanding is also a great oppressor; [but] he who hates covetousness will prolong his days.

28:17 [A] man who is laden with the blood of any person Will flee to the pit; let no man uphold him.

28:18 Whoever walks uprightly will be delivered; But he who is perverse in [his] ways will fall at once.

28:19 He who tills his land will have plenty of bread; But he who follows after vanities will have poverty enough.

28:20 A faithful man will abound with blessings; But he who hurries to be rich will not be unpunished.

28:21 To show favoritism is not good; Neither that a [noble] man should transgress for a piece of bread.

28:22 He who has an evil eye hurries after riches, And does not know that want will come upon him.

28:23 He who rebukes man will afterward find more favor Than he who flatters with the tongue.

28:24 Whoever robs his father or his mother, and says, It is no transgression, The same is the partner of a destroyer.

28:25 He who is of a greedy spirit stirs up strife; But he who puts his trust in Yahweh will be made fat.

28:26 He who trusts in his own heart is a fool; But whoever walks wisely, he will be delivered.

28:27 He who gives to the poor will not lack; But he who hides his eyes will have many a curse.

28:28 When the wicked rise, man hides himself; But when they perish, the righteous increase.

In this present age and the time we are living.. God never leaves our side. Specially if we are praying constantly just like Jeuss did. He continually prayed. On the seaside, on the mountain, on the woods and in front of His disciples. In the middle of a prayer at the mountain Jesus clothes became as bright as the sun and Moses and Elijah the prophet were talking to Him. What a wonderful picture of Jesus in glory with the prophets and servantas of the living God. All alive and well. Isnt that a wonderful picture of Jesus praying? So let us trust in Him and be all He wants us to be. Because we have a living God that is looking at us all the time and wants to help. When the righteous triumph, there is great glory. 28.12  May our triumph be in Jesus because he triumph over death and destruction. Our glory should be to serve our Master until He call us home to heaven and we will hear His voice saying to us all. Faithful and loving servant. Enter into the joy of you Lord. What a wonderful day that will be. When we see Jesus. The author and finisher of our faith.

Breathe in me oh Holy Spirit the power of your love toward other souls that are going to hell and no one helps them. Breath in me oh Holy Spirit that my thoughts be all holy and pure so I can help those who are broken and lost. Breath in me oh Holy spirit that my work may be holy and acceptable in your holy presence. That my coworkers see Jesus in my life. My spouse and all my children see the presence of God in my life. Draw my heart to yourself oh Lord Jesus that I may be like You. In holiness and purity. 28.21 To show favoritism is not good. May my life be without favoritism towards no one but to treat and teach them the gospel of Jesus. We paray Amen

This chapter of Proverbs could not be read at a more suitable time in our nations tragedy over the past few weeks. we need to pray for our nation and our nations leaders . as it says in Proverbs 28:4 to reject the law is to praise the wicked;to obey the law is to fight them. Above anything else God is our leader and as citizens of this country we must all join together in unity and prayer because that is the ONLY thing that will save America

I always think about what my church teaches about different people who are called "Jesus in his distressing disguise."

We are all to see Jesus in everyone we meet. It is really tough. I remember at this baptism in the spirit seminar I went to years ago (where I got gift of tongues.) Was this skinny guy there, very unkempt with yellow, yellow teeth and breath that could knock you over from across the room. He kept hugging me and telling me about Jesus. I think one of the most pleasing things I ever did in the eyes of God was to listen to that man, let him hug me and not gag or flinch away from him. I am not trying to blow my own horn here. I fall and fail in my love for others many times. But that day, what I did was pure agape love for another. These are the moments we must all strive for. We must always seek the face of Jesus in everyone we meet. It is a pretty tall order. And there is a flip side -- We don't always give ourselves credit when we do this. Did you ever spend like hours on the phone with a friend trying to console them over the same problem over and over and maybe meanwhile you are missing your favorite TV show? Did you ever let someone get out onto the street with their car in very bad traffic? What about kind words of encouragement and interest in the lives of others? Or cooking a nice dinner for somebody who never gets home cooked meals? The list goes on and on. Yes, we can strive to do big things to help others -- give of our time, money and treasure. But God looks at everything, everything. We should always strive to be better. We should never become smug and self-righteous. But we should recognize the good in us that comes out when we are moved by the Spirit and when we start to see the face of Christ in everyone we encounter. Lamb.

Lift high the cross. The love of Christ proclaim. Till all the world adore His sacred name. Come brethren follow where out captain throd our king victorious. Christ the son of God. Let us lift up the cross of Jesus who died for our sins and He is coming again to take us home to heaven. If you Lord should mark iniquities. Oh Lord, who could stand? But there is forginess with you. Psalm 130 3  Thank you Jesus for forgiving all of my sins. I feel releaved that You are so merciful and kind. I hear your voice saying. Come unto and I will give you rest.  We come to You Lord Jesus. Help us, guide our steps towards eternity. 28.6  Better is the poor who walks in his integrity.  Let me be like you Lord Jesus. Full of joy and hapiness. We pray in Jesus name. Amen

Will your anchor hold in the storms of life. When the clouds unfold their wings of strife. When the strong tides lift and the cables strain. Will your anchor drift, or firm remain?  Yes, my anchor hold on the master of the storm. Our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Grounded frim and deep in our saviors love. This wonderful song has inspired me to be firm and strong in my faith in Jesus. Because He is the foundation of our faith and if we do not have a foundation in which to stand... then our faith will be in vain. Prov. 28.14 Happy is the man who fears always.  Dear God. May my heart fear your law and obey it. We just love your precepts that are eternal. Hapiness is found in you alone. We just love and praise your holy name. Amen

28:1 The wicked flee when no man pursues; But the righteous are bold as a lion..

They have no fear of death, because they are promised eternal life. Death of the body on the earth to them is like stepping through a door into all of eternity.

28:11 The rich man is wise in his own eyes; But the poor who has understanding searches him out....

Wisdom and godliness cannot be purchased with money or fame.

again, Thank you

Praise God from whom all blessing flow. I just want to thank Jesus for being so faithful and giving us such a wonderful time praying and asking for his help in time of need. We rejoice that He will answer all the prayers and suplications made to Him directly. The verse that I love most is... Prov. 28.12 When the righteous triumph there is great glory. Let us all rejoice in the Lord when we worship Him in spirit and in truth. I am praying that all of you will have a wonderful service full of the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus name. Amen
