Proverbs, Chapter 15

15:1 A soft answer turns away wrath; But a grievous word stirs up anger.

15:2 The tongue of the wise utters knowledge aright; But the mouth of fools gushes out folly.

15:3 The eyes of Yahweh are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.

15:4 A gentle tongue is a tree of life; But perverseness in it is a breaking of the spirit.

15:5 A fool despises his father's correction; But he who regards reproof gets prudence.

15:6 In the house of the righteous is much treasure; But in the revenues of the wicked is trouble.

15:7 The lips of the wise disperse knowledge; But the heart of the foolish is not so.

15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is disgusting to Yahweh; But the prayer of the upright is his delight.

15:9 The way of the wicked is disgusting to Yahweh; But he loves him who follows after righteousness.

15:10 There is grievous correction for him who forsakes the way; [And] he who hates reproof will die.

15:11 Sheol and Abaddon are before Yahweh: How much more then the hearts of the sons of man!

15:12 A scoffer does not love to be reproved; He will not go to the wise.

15:13 A glad heart makes a cheerful countenance; But by sorrow of heart the spirit is broken.

15:14 The heart of him who has understanding seeks knowledge; But the mouth of fools feeds on folly.

15:15 All the days of the afflicted are evil; But he who is of a cheerful heart [has] a continual feast.

15:16 Better is little, with the fear of Yahweh, Than great treasure and turmoil with it.

15:17 Better is a dinner of herbs, where there is love, Than a stalled ox and hatred with it.

15:18 A wrathful man stirs up contention; But he who is slow to anger appeases strife.

15:19 The way of the sluggard is as a hedge of thorns; But the path of the upright is made a highway.

15:20 A wise son makes a glad father; But [a] foolish man despises his mother.

15:21 Folly is joy to him who is void of wisdom; But a man of understanding makes straight his going.

15:22 Where there is no counsel, purposes are disappointed; But in the multitude of counselors they are established.

15:23 A man has joy in the answer of his mouth; And a word in due season, how good it is!

15:24 To the wise the way of life [goes] upward, That he may depart from Sheol beneath.

15:25 Yahweh will root up the house of the proud; But he will establish the border of the widow.

15:26 Evil devices are disgusting to Yahweh; But pleasant words [are] pure.

15:27 He who is greedy of gain troubles his own house; But he who hates bribes will live.

15:28 The heart of the righteous studies to answer; But the mouth of the wicked gushes out evil things.

15:29 Yahweh is far from the wicked; But he hears the prayer of the righteous.

15:30 The light of the eyes rejoices the heart; [And] good news make the bones fat.

15:31 The ear that harkens to the reproof of life Will reside among the wise.

15:32 He who refuses correction despises his own soul; But he who harkens to reproof gets understanding.

15:33 The fear of Yahweh is the instruction of wisdom; And before honor [goes] humility.

Our Loving Father is perfectly on guard for all His beloved. His Words and Spirit are available on us all.

Thank You Lord Father. Our Father,Help us to be empowered by your Holy Presence in this life you've given us.

To choose Your Will Lord to bear fruits of joy, love, patience, faith ,self - control a humbled heart.

A wise son makes a glad father. Our children are the inheritance of the Lord so we should take good care of them teaching the Word of God in their hearts and souls. If we give attention to their needs specially the spiritual ones they will recognize that Jesus is leading them in the right path. Get your children involved in church activities such as the music ministry, teaching young children, singing, even taking the offering. God is pleased when He sees our children doing Gods work while they are young. A wise son is a treasure on earth give to us by God himself.

Through reading this I felt it come upon my heart that God is the all seeing all knowing God and for me to think that I can go something and get think that I have "gotten away with it" is just wrong....I need to learn that I am a child of God and because of that I need to walk as if I am a child of God. I struggle daily with lying....I don't know why I think I have to lie but I do. I have struggled with that my whole life...I go through points in my life where I don't but then I let it creep on in and ruin my walk with God. I NEED to leave my past in the past and walk upright with Jesus by my side. Thank you for bringing this topic up and letting this be the what enters my heart today....TRUTH WILL SET US FREE. I love you all.

May my eyes oh Lord be a light to those who cannot see the presence of Jesus in our hearts and souls. 15.30  The light of the eyes rejoices the heart.  In your loving mercy and love, receive our prayers Oh lord. We come humbly and repent of all our sins, because they are many. Open our eyes to see your glory. Open our ears to hear your voice. The still small voice that tells us to REJOICE in the Lord. At all times.  Father and protector of all those who fear your name. My the light of my eyes be to the praise and honor to your holy name.  Lost souls going to hell may be rescued and those who walk in darkness will see the light. The eternal light of God himself. We cry without ceasing Oh lord and come to your holy temple to praise you for your word and for your holy presence. The lips of the wise disperse knowledge. 15.7 We want to be all you wants us to be. Use Oh lord our lips to disperse knowledge and serve our brothers and sisters in the lord. Your fatherly goodness and mercy we see every day in our lives. You provide all things according to your holy will. We come to you in humble submission and worship you for your wonderful word given to all of us. That whoever drinks from the fountain of the water of life will find good health and vigor to follow you through it all. That may be sickness, lack of food or jobs, loss of a mate. Anything will not separate us from you. Oh lord, our saviour and guide. We praise and magnify your holy name. Sanctifiyer and preserver of all good things.

Our God is so merciful and kind. He wants us all happy and joyful in this life and the next one in heaven.  Our hope should be in Him alone and no one else. He is helping everyone who obeys His word and follows the ten commandments. If we are in a lot of trouble... then it is because we have failed Him in some ways. That is why it is important to examine our own conduct and desires.  The tongue of the wise utters knowledge aright.15.2  So, let us use our tongue to praise God in our churches, to witness our next door neighbor about Jesus and invite them to church and take them in your car or van and go along with them. Jesus loves you so much and died on the cross for your sins. So, let us utter words of knowledge and eternal salvation for the lost souls at work, in the office and every where we go. I love you Jesus with my whole heart. Please forgive me for not uttering words of knowledge to others specilly to our family members who are unsaved or reject the word of God.  Please, Lord. Save all of them and take them to glory when they die. In Jesus namel. Amen

What truth of God did speak to me today??  Well, Jesus told me to live godly life in purity and sincerity. Even in persecution when the boss is after you all the time and fellow workers are giving you a hard time at the office. We should be in constant prayer and suplication to God for mercy and compassion. Establish your word to your servant, as that which produces reverence for you. Psalm 119.38  Certaintly Jesus was speaking to all of us through His wonderful word and we should be living a life that pleases Him all the time. We also should remember that... The eyes of Yaweh are in every place. 15.3  This verse should be a confort to our troubled souls. Because God is near us all the time and we need to talk to Him through prayer and fasting.  His promise is.. Do not fear. I am with you. Isa. 41.10

The lord Jesus is my hiding place. Where else can I go if He was not there? He fills my heart with joy and ovewhelms me with His presence. There is no joy more deep than being with Him. That is why the disciples were asking Him when He told them to go away. Where shall we go? You have words of eternal life. Yahweh hears the prayer of the righteous. 15.29b  Dear Lord, whenever I am afraid you hear my prayer and comes to confort my soul. My trust in You alone. Let the weak say I am strong in the Lord. That is one reason that I trust Him more than ever. Can anyone offer this promise to all?  Come unto me and I will give you rest. Rest in the Lord ye people. Because in the world you will find trouble and tribulation. We are not from the world. We are strangers and pilgrims. Heading to our celestial home in heaven. That is really a conforting thought. Praise the Lord.
