Proverbs, Chapter 14

14:1 Every wise woman builds her house; But the foolish plucks it down with her own hands.

14:2 He who walks in his uprightness fears Yahweh; But he who is perverse in his ways despises him.

14:3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod for [his] pride; But the lips of the wise will preserve them.

14:4 Where no oxen are, the crib is clean; But much increase is by the strength of the ox.

14:5 A faithful witness will not lie; But a false witness utters lies.

14:6 A scoffer seeks wisdom, and it is not [found]; But knowledge is easy to him who has understanding.

14:7 Go into the presence of a foolish man, And you will not perceive [in him] the lips of knowledge.

14:8 The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way; But the folly of fools is deceit.

14:9 A trespass-offering mocks fools; But among the upright there is goodwill.

14:10 The heart knows its own bitterness; And a stranger does not intermeddle with its joy.

14:11 The house of the wicked will be overthrown; But the tent of the upright will flourish.

14:12 There is a way which seems right to a man; But its end are the ways of death.

14:13 Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; And the end of mirth is heaviness.

14:14 The backslider in heart will be filled with his own ways; And a good man [will be satisfied] from himself.

14:15 The simple believes every word; But the prudent man looks well to his going.

14:16 A wise man fears, and departs from evil; But the fool is furious and confident.

14:17 He who is soon angry will deal foolishly; And a man of wicked devices is hated.

14:18 The simple inherit folly; But the prudent are crowned with knowledge.

14:19 The evil bow down before the good; And the wicked, at the gates of the righteous.

14:20 The poor is hated even of his own fellow man; But the rich has many friends.

14:21 He who despises his fellow man sins; But he who has pity on the poor, he is happy.

14:22 Do they not err who devise evil? But mercy and truth [will be to] those who devise good.

14:23 In all labor there is profit; But the talk of the lips [tends] only to poverty.

14:24 The crown of the wise is their riches; [but] folly is the diadem of fools.

14:25 A true witness delivers souls; But he who utters lies [causes] deceit.

14:26 In the fear of Yahweh is strong confidence; And his sons will have a place of refuge.

14:27 The fear of Yahweh is a fountain of life, That one may avoid the snares of death.

14:28 In the multitude of people is the king's glory; But in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.

14:29 He who is slow to anger is of great understanding; But he who is in a hurry of spirit exalts folly.

14:30 A tranquil heart is the life of the flesh; But envy is the rottenness of the bones.

14:31 He who oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker; But he who has mercy on the needy honors him.

14:32 The wicked is thrust down in his evildoing; But the righteous has a refuge in his death.

14:33 Wisdom rests in the heart of him who has understanding; But [that which is] in the inward part of fools is made known.

14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation; But sin is a reproach to any people.

14:35 The king's favor is toward a slave who deals wisely; But his wrath will be [against] him who causes shame.

A tranquil heart is the life of the flesh. Prov. 14,30  Our hearts are full of joy when we see and feel the presence of Jesus in our midst. He is the one who give us peace and joy in our lives.  A tranquil heart if found only on those who love and serve God with their whole hearts and souls. God is working in the lives of all His dear children. Please show the image of God in your life and be a blessing to those who need the touch of God today.

Peter encouraged all of us to give an answer to everyone who asks to give a reason for the hope that you have within you.  But to this with gentleness and respect.  People are looking for hope in this world.  They save a lot of money thinking the money saved will safeguard them from every evil thing that will come along. Money will not ever be used to enter into heaven.  It is faith in Jesus and obeying His word.  A wise man fears, and departs from evil. Prov. 14. 16  Let us hear and obey this wonderful verse. Let us be wise with what God has given us. Depart from evil and do good and you will delight yourself in the Lord.  Dear God,  Protect us from evil that surround us on a daily basis.

Let us keep moving forward never backwards. Sin and iniquity is not fun at all. Jesus satisfies the longing of our hearts and souls. To the Samaritan woman Jesus said. The water that I give to you will never thirst again. Have a strong will. Rise up and say.. I know that my future is greater than my past. The devil remind us our past sins but Jesus blottet all out and now we are free and cleansed by the blood of Jesus. The fear of Yahweh is a fountain of life. Prov. 14.27 If God is for us .. who can be against us? Do not fear, keep going, serve the Lord with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strenght. He is by your side to protect you at all times.

If God is so powerful then, why on earth He does this disasters happened?  was the recent questions to our pastor.  Well, Sodom and Gomorrah too was destroyed by a natural disaster and we know that the hand of God was in it.  We must go and evangelize the whole world including those places that has been ravaged by hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters.  They need to hear Gods word and just like Jonah the prophet that went to Niniveh to tell them what is gona happen to them people repented and came to the knowledge of God.  How many churches did we opened in those places that horrible things hapened?  How many souls have we won for Jesus in far away countries that need God?   There is a way which seems right to a man. But its end are the ways of death. Prov. 14.12  How true this is in our own lives.  We are making lot of things on this earth but then disaster strucks.  What hapened to our earthly posesions?  And our souls .. are we ready to meet our Maker?  What are we gona tell Him?

No one is rubbish, you do not need to hide from anyone. The devil is telling you that you are worthless and no good. But Jesus is calling on to you and to all of us. Come unto me. Repent from all your sins. Accept the promises of God in your heart. He is faithful and true. Blessed Jesus, save the souls of the lost. Clease them from iniquity. Bring them all to the cross of Jesus so they will find relief from all torments from hell. A lot of people hear noises at night. They are unable to sleep and need a lot of prayer. Please, fast and pray for them. Proverbs 14.30a A tranquil heart is the life of the flesh. Yes Jesus, you give us peace, joy and hapiness in our lives and those who are restless, anxious, worry and fearful this does not come from God at all. Save the souls of those who suffer under the torments of hell we pray in Jesus name. Amen

Your probably heard at work or any othe place labels that makes you feel horrible. You are not good enough. Too slow to do a good job.  Too old to lift heavy weights. Too tall, to short. Fat, ugly and many other labels that makes us feel. You cannot prevent negative comments or labels because the devil is behind those people and they need a lot of prayer and fasting for the salvation of their souls. They are lost and need a savior.  Choose not to hate, not to get sad of worry. Get on your knees and start praying for them and cast out the devil that has come inside the work place. In Jesus name. We cast you out just like Jesus did to the demonic man in the mountains and he was delivered and started praising God with all his heart and soul.   Righteiousness exalts a nation.  Proverbs 14.34a  Let us all pray for our nations to get back to God and to be a holy and pure nation before Jesus comes to earth to take us home to glory.  Bless our nation Lord Jesus. Save each one of them who live there and please take us all home to glory because we are strangers and pilgrims on this earth. We are passing through and we need you to guide and lead us unto paradise. This we pray in Jesus name. Amen

Everyday is a gift from God. Use it to glorify Him. This Sunday be an usher, a greeter in the house of the Lord. A Sunday school teacher. A counselor. Singing praises to God. Use my talents Lord Jesus for your glory and honor we pray. Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful. Prov. 14.13a If you are lonely, sorrowful and the devil told you no body likes you then it is time to serve God in the house of worship so you can beat the devil at his door telling him that all the children of the living God loves me and most and very important. Jesus loves me and no one will take away from me. The devil will be defeated and you will have your reward in heaven because you have led many souls to the feet of the cross to get saved.

The Lord is my strenght and my song.  He has become my salvation.  Psalm 118.14   Thank you Jesus for being here with me at all times and even when I do not realize.. You are there for me. Help me to do what is right and to help others just as your word says. To love our neighbors as ourselves.  I pray for each of my next door neighbors to get saved and be full of the the Holy Spirit. Be with them and help them attend church services every single Sunday.  The wisdom of the prudent is to understand His way.  Proverbs 14.8a   Let me understand your way and your word. In Your name. Jesus pour out His love into our hearts so we can share with others what He had done with ourselves.  It is like little dogs and cats, our furry friends that reminds us that the true joys in life are hapiness, joy and afection that we give to our little pets.  The love of Jesus comes the same way.  He cares for each one of us. Every wise woman builded her house. Proverbs 14.1  All women of faith and prayer are like jewels on earth.  God is so pleased with them and blesses them.

When I thought. My foot slips. Thy steadfast love. O Lord held me up. When the cares of my heart are many. Thy consolations cheer my soul. Psalm 94.18   If we think that everything we do for God is for nothing at all, then it is time to consider Jesus.  He did everything posible to be closer to God and to be an example of holy and pure life before Him and before people. Proverbs 14.29 a He who is slow to anger is of great understanding. How true. Anger brings strife and sin before God. Let us all forgive one another that we may be healed.
