Proverbs, Chapter 1

1:1 The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel:

1:2 To know wisdom and instruction; To discern the words of understanding;

1:3 To receive instruction in wise dealing, In righteousness and justice and equity;

1:4 To give prudence to the simple, To the young man knowledge and discretion:

1:5 That the wise man may hear, and increase in learning; And that the man of understanding may attain to sound counsels:

1:6 To understand a proverb, and a figure, The words of the wise, and their dark sayings.

1:7 The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge; [but] the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.

1:8 My son, hear the instruction of your father, And don't forsake the law of your mother:

1:9 For they will be a chaplet of grace to your head, And chains about your neck.

1:10 My son, if sinners entice you, Do not consent.

1:11 If they say, Come with us, Let us lay in wait for blood; Let us lurk secretly for the innocent without cause;

1:12 Let us swallow them up alive as Sheol, And whole, as those who go down into the pit;

1:13 We will find all precious substance; We will fill our houses with spoil;

1:14 You will cast your lot among us; We will all have one bag:

1:15 My son, don't walk in the way with them; Refrain your foot from their path:

1:17 For in vain is the net spread In the sight of any bird:

1:18 And these lay wait for their own blood; They lurk secretly for their own lives.

1:19 So are the ways of everyone who is greedy of gain; It takes away the life of its owners.

1:20 Wisdom cries aloud in the street; She utters her voice in the broad places;

1:21 She cries in the most noisy places; At the entrance of the gates, In the city, she utters her words:

1:22 How long, you+ simple ones, will you+ love simplicity? And scoffers delight themselves in scoffing, And fools hate knowledge?

1:23 Turn+ at my reproof: Look, I will cause my spirit to gush out on you+ I will make my words known to you+.

1:24 Because I have called, and you+ have refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man has regarded;

1:25 But you+ have set at nothing all my counsel, And would have none of my reproof:

1:26 I also will laugh in [the day of] your+ calamity; I will mock when your+ fear comes;

1:27 When your+ fear comes as a storm, And your+ calamity comes on as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish come upon you+.

1:28 Then they will call on me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me:

1:29 For they hated knowledge, And did not choose the fear of Yahweh:

1:30 They didn't want my counsel; They despised all my reproof.

1:31 Therefore they will eat of the fruit of their own way, And be filled with their own devices.

1:32 For the backsliding of the simple will slay them, And the careless ease of fools will destroy them.

1:33 But whoever harkens to me will stay securely, And will be quiet without fear of evil.

We are still on a long journey in this world.  The Lord has not come yet and He has not called us home to glory.   Let us all walk the path He has shown us from the beggining of the world. Never ever give it up and continue to follow the Master of all things who has shown us the way to heaven.  To give prudence to the simple. To the young men knowledge and discretion.  Prov. 1.4   O God, please give us the wisdom that cometh from on high.  So we will be able to serve You and give you all the honor and praise.  In Jesus name. Amen

Behold, He is coming in the clouds.  And every eye shall see Him.... even those who pierced Him.  What a glorious experience that will be, when my Jesus we shall see face to face.   That a wise man will hear and increase in learning.   Only God can give us wisdom to understand His word.  Let us behold the works of the Lord.  They are marvelous and full of glory.  Praise His love so boundless.. so free.

Behold the cross of Jesus, whose blood shed for our sins.  His sufferings and agony were so deep inside of Him that He cried out.  Father, Father, why has Thou forsaken me?   The spikes driven into His hads and feet were so painful and the crown of thorns bled His face.  For you and for me ... He suffered and died.  To give prudence to the simple... we need prudence and mercy coming out from the heart of Jesus.  In time of need .. come to Him.  Ask whatever you need in His name and the Father which is in heaven will answer your prayer.

Entering into the holy presence of God, we place ourselves in a position to receive the grace of His mercy and compassion over our lives and those who see us on a daily basis.  Let the word of God break over your mind, your heart and your soul so you will grow in grace and share what you have learned in His word.  Wisdom cries out loud in the street.    Let us all be channels of Gods grace and mercy.  As we read His word, let us all put to practice what we have learned.

Spirit of the living God, fill us with joy, peace, mercy and compassion for lost souls of the world.  Fill our hearts with your holy presence, make Yourself known among the people.  Some sweet day God will call us home to glory and then we shall see Him face to face.  Radiant with light all over Him.  What a precious sight that will be.  Then they will call on Me... says the Lord.   He will answer all our prayers and be with us till He take us all home to glory.  Lead us o Lord.. lead us to our Celestial Home.  Amen

Our mission in this life is to obey His word and do what He told us to do.  Let us all receive instruction in wise dealing.  Glancing into the holy presence of God.  He will give us wisdom and understanding on how to deal with those who refuse to hear Jesus and obey His word.

Our Lord is the fountain of living waters, anyone who comes and drinks from Him will never ever have thrist again.  He alone is the Helper, the Physician, the Healer of all our pain and sorrow.  Bring to Him all your worry and fear. He will take away from you.  My son, do not walk in the way with them....  Sinners need all our prayer.  They do not know Jesus so we should not walk along with them instead we should show them the way to heaven.  Jesus is the Door to enter in. Sinner and evil doers need a Savior, a Sheperd who will guide them through the path of eternal life.

My father used to read his Bible aloud and we can hear before going to sleep.  That was a wonderful example for all of ut follow.  Reading aloud and praying over what we have read.  All my brothers and sisters learn from him to be faithful in reading it every day.  How calm was my mothers look listening quietly what was read to us.  This are beautiful memories we keep in our hearts.  My son, hear the instruction of your father.  And do not forsake the law of thy mother.   Blessed bible has come to us from Gods own hand.  Sacred treasure.  I will keep it with me till I die.

Dear Lord, a new day has come.  This one has come to praise, honor and glorify Thy name.  I know from the bottom of my heart that You are the giver of all  good gifts and that You bless those who are faithful to the end.  Mostly give me peace, joy and hapiness throughout this day.  So all worry, all fear, all stress will stay away from me.  My son, if sinners entice you.  Do not consent.   Yes Lord.  I shall walk in the holy presence of Jesus.  Be ye therefore perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect.   I can hear o Lord You voice coming to my ears.  Blessed be Thy holy name.   Amen
