Prayer family, thank you for all your support!!! I’m so grateful to Jesus for improving my parents' health, scholarships, and that I’ve survived school this far. The past months have been a blur with many ups and downs, and many, many testimonies which I’ll try to share soon. I’ve been inspired to pray along with Bible verses lately, and it feels like a good time to post a prayer inspired by Proverbs 31. You can pray this way for your own family 
Abba, Heavenly Father, please help the men in our family to not give their strength to strange women or follow wicked ways which destroy kings. Help them not be drunkards, forget the law, or pervert justice for the afflicted. Please help them speak up for those who can’t speak for themselves, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Likewise, please let all the women in our family be virtuous women. Please let us be rare spiritual beauties, far above rubies or pearls. Let our husbands’ hearts safely trust in us. Bless them to have no lack of treasure in us, because we will do them good and not evil all the days of our lives. Help us work willingly with our hands. Bless us to be excellent homemakers, diligent in raising children or ministries or working to help support our family or whatever you give us. Let us be vessels of blessing like merchants' ships. Help us rise early and care for our households. Please multiply our strength and the fruits of our hands. Let us perceive that our merchandise is good. Let our lamps not go out at night. Let us be creative and constructive. Help us stretch our hands to the poor, reach our arms for the needy. Help us see that our household is clothed well. Let our husbands be well known for our good reputations. Let strength and honor be our clothing and rejoicing in time to come. Cause our mouths to open with wisdom; and in our tongues the law of kindness. Help us not eat the bread of idleness. Our children will arise and call us blessed; our husbands also, and praise us. Please encourage us to excel above all the daughters who have done virtuously. Thank you for favor and beauty, yet let us prefer to be praised for our fear of the Lord. Thank you that our own works will praise us in the gates. Amen.
