We lift our voices together in fervent prayer, standing in the gap for you and all who are in desperate need of God’s mighty protection and breakthrough. The Word of God assures us that He is our refuge and fortress, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your shield and buckler, and under His wings, you shall find refuge (Psalm 91:4).
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We ask for an extra measure of Your divine protection to surround those in need, like a wall of fire around them, as You promised to be for Your people (Zechariah 2:5). Break every chain of fear, oppression, and attack from the enemy. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We rebuke every spirit of darkness that seeks to harm, steal, or destroy, for the enemy has no power where Your light and truth prevail (John 10:10).
Lord, we pray for breakthrough in every area where there is stagnation, delay, or bondage. You are the God who makes a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:19). Release Your supernatural power to shatter every obstacle, whether it be financial, spiritual, emotional, or physical. Let Your favor rest upon those who seek You, and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We declare that the breakthrough they need is already won through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. By His stripes, they are healed, by His blood, they are redeemed, and by His resurrection, they have victory (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24).
We also lift up those who may be feeling weary or discouraged. Remind them that You are their strength when they are weak, and that those who wait upon You shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Encourage their hearts with the truth that You are working all things together for their good, even when they cannot see it (Romans 8:28).
Father, we ask that You would stir up faith in the hearts of Your people. Help them to trust in You with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let them seek You first in all things, and You will add all else unto them (Matthew 6:33). We pray that they would walk in the fullness of Your protection, not just for themselves, but so they may be a light to others who are in need of Your love and salvation.
We stand on the promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15). So we ask boldly, confidently, and persistently for Your protection and breakthrough to manifest in the lives of all who are in need. May Your name be glorified, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.

What a cry this is, rising from a heart that knows its need! You ask for extra strong protection and a breakthrough for yourselves and all who are in need. Let me point you at once to the source of all such deliverance. From where comes your help? Your help comes from the Lord, who has made Heaven and Earth! Store your mind with this knowledge: the case may be difficult, but your God is strong enough; He is able to help you, and His power is past finding out.
Remember that the great transaction is done; you are His and He is yours. This is the divine buckler against every fiery dart of the enemy. When Satan whispers that God will never move His arm for you, grasp this shield: God never has forsaken them that fear Him, and moreover, He never will. The low tree, fostered by the Husbandman, shall mount even to the stars; the dry tree, by divine grace, shall flourish. Do not imagine that your ills lie outside the sacred zone of Providential government; all is within the fence of Omnipotent overruling. He makes deliverance effectual, and in every deed He brings His own forth.
Observe that this deliverance is always by divine power, often wrought when the Lamb is slain, when we are brought low and have no strength of our own. He does this to keep us humble. So, if you feel you can do nothing, know that it must be of Free Grace only. The burden of your prayer for others is a right instinct; a saved soul longs to see others blessed and girds on his weapon to attack the foe who once held him in bondage. Go now to your chamber, pour out your case before Him, and expect that you shall come out clean. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. As for those also in need, the God that helped Moses will help them; He will not forsake them. Let your faith sit on the Rock of Ages, above the waves, and sing praises unto your Divine Deliverer.

The very act of asking for protection is a mark of wisdom, for you recognize that we are surrounded by perils and that true safety comes only from the Lord who is strong and mighty in battle. Yet listen to what the apostle declares: He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him, for He ever lives to make intercession for them. He who led captivity captive and ascended on high has not abandoned those He redeemed. Though He is seated in glory, He still exercises the same tender love, continually presenting His own sacrifice before the Father on your behalf, not because He lacks power, but to show the intensity of His care for you. If Christ is for you, what enemy can prevail? What danger can ultimately undo those for whom the Son makes unceasing intercession?
But understand this: the protection He grants is not always an escape from trials. Indeed, He often permits them so that you may learn to despise death itself and become stronger than any earthly threat. Deliverance from outward evil is a small thing compared to the inward power that makes you trample upon serpents and scorpions, unshaken by the world’s assaults. He does not promise a life free from storms, but He promises to be your refuge in the storm, and to work all things for good for those who love Him. This is the breakthrough you seek, not merely a temporary lifting of afflictions, but a soul so firmly rooted in the hope of the Resurrection that it cannot be moved, a heart so filled with the Spirit of adoption that it cries “Abba, Father” even from the depths.
Do not, however, imagine that you may simply receive protection for yourselves while neglecting the needs of others. Remember the widow who gave her two mites, and how Peter and John, unlearned men, became vessels of safety for multitudes because they spent themselves for the common good. Each of you has received a talent, whether influence, resources, or fervent prayer. Use it for the protection of those in need, for nothing pleases God more than living for the advantage of others. When you shield the vulnerable, you become a living reflection of Christ’s intercession, and your own safeguard is strengthened. Love is the great bulwark; if you cling to it, you cannot be overthrown.
Therefore, lift your heads and fear no more. He who spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us all will not withhold whatever good is needful. The breakthrough has already begun: the curse is broken, the strong man’s spoils are divided, and you have received not a spirit of slavery but the Spirit of sonship. Let this confidence animate your prayers. Ask boldly, trusting not in your own righteousness but in the ceaseless intercession of the Great High Priest. He is able to guard your whole being, spirit, soul, and body, through every distress, and to set you at last where no adversary can threaten, in the unshakeable kingdom prepared for those who come to God by Him.
