Servant of All
I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that You are the Lord, the ultimate healer, and my fortress in times of trouble. Lord, for the past two years, my family and I have been walking through a season of deep pain, continuous hurdles, and severe medical challenges. You know the hidden burdens we carry and the fear that ungodly powers or spiritual forces are working to bring harm or revenge against us, breaking us physically, mentally & financially. Your Word tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. I ask You to step in on our behalf.

We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness. We recognize the deep pain, weariness, and fear you and your family have endured, and we lift you up before the throne of grace, where mercy and help are found in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). The battles you face are indeed not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we take heart, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We rebuke every assignment of the enemy aimed at your family, whether it be sickness, financial strain, mental anguish, or any form of spiritual oppression. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name, for He has given us power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19).

We pray for your physical healing, trusting in the Lord who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask for financial provision, knowing that God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and for the strength to endure, for those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).

We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-17). Surround yourselves with fellow believers who can pray with and for you, for where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).

Father, we ask You to encamp around this family with Your angels, to shield them from every attack, and to fill their home with Your presence. Let them feel Your love and peace in tangible ways. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good, for they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that this season of trial will not break them but will refine them, drawing them closer to You. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

It means a lot that you've shared this with us. When medical challenges and setbacks keep piling up over years, it is completely normal to feel worn thin, and the fear that unseen forces are behind it only makes the load heavier. You are not weak for naming that, you are honest.

When we are in the thick of relentless hardship, fear often starts to fill in the unknowns and make everything feel more menacing. That can leave us braced for the next blow instead of able to rest. One simple thing that sometimes helps is to speak those specific fears aloud to a trusted friend or pastor, not to get a quick fix, but because sharing them can loosen their grip and remind you that you are not facing them alone.

Have you been able to let a few close, prayerful people in on this burden? We've seen God use small groups of believers to carry what one person can't, offering practical help and steady reminders of His care when fear tries to steal hope. Even a single other family that checks in can make a tangible difference.

And if any of the medical symptoms are new or getting worse, please don't hesitate to keep your doctors involved. Seeking their help is not a lack of faith; it's using the wisdom God has given others.

Father, in Jesus' name, we ask for Your peace to settle over this family right now. You see every hidden need, every fear, every ache. We ask for Your healing and protection, not only from illness but from the dread that exhausts them. Give them moments of real rest and glimpses of Your goodness. Raise up steady people around them to help carry this load. Amen.

You speak of fear that ungodly powers or spiritual forces are working harm against you, yet know this: there is no attribute of God more comforting to His children than the doctrine of Divine Sovereignty. The Lord does not merely permit; He ordains. The low tree He exalts to the very stars, and the high tree He cuts down. You have been walking in deep pain these two years, and I tell you plainly, it is a rough knife that has pruned you, but it is the Gardener who uses the knife. Your God is using this affliction for your good. Do not fix your gaze upon the instrument, but upon the end and design of God. It may be that the Lord will look upon your affliction and repay good for all this cursing, yes, the black side itself is the bright one when He draws near.

But I hear you cry out against the continuous hurdles, the severe medical challenges, the hidden burdens. Perhaps you think, "Surely the Apostle Paul knew little of what affliction really is if he called it light." Yet the same man who wrote this had felt the scourge, the stoning, the shipwreck, the deep waters. He called his affliction light not because it was small, but because he weighed it against the eternal weight of glory. It is momentary; the glory is eternal. This is my comfort in my affliction: God's Word quickens me. When the soul is quickened by the promise, by the presence of Christ in the furnace, then the trial becomes bearable. Unless His law had been my delights, I should then have perished in my affliction. You are not perishing; you are praying. That quickening is already at work.

As for these fears of spiritual darkness, I remind you: our battle is not against flesh and blood, but the high tree of the wicked, the green tree that seems so flourishing, shall dry up when deserted by the dew of heaven. Your enemy is nothing but a creature on a leash. The Divine Presence is the one hope of the people of God. Christ has come down to deliver, and the only disaster that can truly befall you is a Divine departure. Seek His face early. In this affliction, acknowledge every offense, every neglect, every slothful way, and then take comfort: the Lord does not always tell us what He will do, but He has promised never to leave nor forsake His own. He has seen your affliction, He knows your sorrows, and He will come down. He sends these rough mercies that you may cast yourself upon Him, and in so doing, you will find that the affliction which threatened to destroy you becomes the very chariot in which glory rides into your soul.

You speak of two years of hidden burdens and fear that spiritual forces are at work against your household. Do not imagine that I dismiss such trials; the flesh groans, and the devil indeed seeks whom he may devour. Yet observe how the tempter operates: when he finds a soul alone and isolated, then he strikes most boldly. It was in the wilderness, apart from all company, that Christ permitted the devil to approach Him, giving us a pattern. The serpent found the woman by herself, apart from her husband, and easily overthrew her. Therefore, the very first weapon in this battle is to refuse solitude. Flock together continually with the faithful. Band yourselves within the assembly of the Church, for where two or three are gathered, the wolves are kept at a distance and the sheep find safety.

You ask God to step in on your behalf, and rightly so. But consider what deliverance you seek. Do not pray only for the removal of pain or the repayment of losses. The Apostle tells us of those who were tortured and refused to accept deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. Your medical afflictions, your financial strain, these are not mere accidents; they are the hard rock on which fortitude is built. It is not enough to be free from riches if you are soft and unmanly in spirit. No one part is sufficient for salvation. There must be a careful hearing of the word of God, a continual recollection of His promises, and a contempt for the ease that this world offers. What profit would it be if your body were healed tomorrow, yet your soul remained trembling and weak, unable to endure any hardship?

Watch, then, in all things, endure affliction. Do not let fear push you into a self-chosen madness. The demoniac rages and loses all shame, but the Christian who yields to ceaseless complaint and despair makes his own mouth a sewer, and becomes no less an object of aversion. You are not brute beasts, that you should bellow only when struck. You are temples of the Holy Spirit. Let your trial become the forge in which love is perfected, love for God and for one another, for without love even faith that moves mountains and a martyr's death profit nothing.

I know that you may have heard these words many times and felt no strength enter your heart. Do not be discouraged. The tree that receives ten blows and does not fall may at last be brought down by a single stroke, but it was the ten that made the last effective. Even if you see no fruit yet, the root is being worked upon by God. The eager desire to hear His word cannot finally fail. Continue in prayer, support one another, and do not shrink back. The Lord is not a fortress only when the sky is clear, but in the very storm He proves Himself unshaken. Seek first His righteousness, and endure, and you shall find that what was meant for evil He has turned to your eternal good.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The weight of these past two years has been heavy, and the fear that spiritual forces are actively working to break your family is not something to dismiss lightly. Scripture is clear that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, so you are right to see this battle for what it truly is. Yet the very first thing to do when fear begins to grip the heart is to remember the Lord. King David walked through the valley of the shadow of death and declared he would fear no evil, not because the danger wasn’t real, but because he knew the Shepherd was with him. Fear fades when we fix our eyes on the One who stands with us.

The enemy’s oldest tactic is to use fear to short-circuit faith. He knows that if he can get us to react in panic, we will often make moves that are not led by the Spirit. When Nehemiah’s enemies tried to intimidate him, he recognized, “This is an attempt to put me in fear, to make me act out of fear.” He then turned his mind to God and refused to let fear dictate his decisions. That moment of recognition is crucial. Once you see that these ongoing hardships and anxieties are not random but a direct assault meant to exhaust your trust, then you can refuse to cooperate with that fear.

Faith and fear are mutually exclusive. You cannot entertain fear and walk in bold confidence in God at the same time. One will drive out the other. So the cure is not to muster up more courage in your own strength; it is to set the Lord before you continually. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. The same Jesus who commanded the storm to be still and the demons to flee holds full authority over every force that is coming against your family. When the demonic spirits begged not to be sent into the abyss, they were acknowledging His absolute power. That power has not diminished, and it surrounds those who are sealed in Christ.

In your medical challenges, keep your heart open to the reality that God still heals. The woman who had suffered for years reached out and touched Jesus in faith, and immediately she felt in her body that she was healed. Healing can come in a moment, sometimes so tangibly that you sense the shift. I have known times when a body racked with sickness was suddenly restored, enabling a person to rise and go about life with fresh strength. Do not let the weariness of the journey talk you out of believing that God can intervene, whether through medicine, a direct touch, or His sustaining grace.

Let the fear of the Lord be your starting point. This is not a cringing dread but a profound, reverential awe at His greatness and love. When you fear Him rightly, you will hate the evil that is trying to destroy your peace, and you will find wisdom to navigate every step. The family that gathers around God’s Word and does it, that is the household of faith that will withstand the storm. Stand together in that truth, not reacting in the flesh, but responding in prayer and trust.

Take every practical, wise precaution, but do not hide in fear. God can protect you in the most exposed places, just as He protected His servants who were building the walls under threat. Your safety is not ultimately in circumstances but in the shadow of the Almighty. So as you face each day, hear the Lord’s words: “Fear not; only believe.” Let that be the anchor. He has already stepped into the boat with you, and He is taking you to the other side.
