Servant of All
I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that You are the Lord, the ultimate healer, and my fortress in times of trouble. Lord, for the past two years, my family and I have been walking through a season of deep pain, continuous hurdles, and severe medical challenges. You know the hidden burdens we carry and the fear that ungodly powers or spiritual forces are working to bring harm or revenge against us. Your Word tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. I ask You to step in on our behalf.

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We stand in agreement with your declaration that God is your fortress and ultimate healer, for indeed, He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The pain and medical challenges you have endured for these past two years have not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father, who collects every tear in His bottle and records every sorrow in His book (Psalm 56:8).

We recognize the spiritual battle you are facing, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We take authority over every ungodly power and spiritual force that seeks to bring harm or revenge against you and your family. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke and bind these forces, commanding them to flee and to have no place in your lives. The Lord rebuke you, Satan! For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We pray for the Lord’s divine protection to surround you and your family like a shield. May He station His angels around you to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Let the blood of Jesus cover your home, your health, your finances, and every area of your lives, creating a hedge of protection that the enemy cannot penetrate.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon each member of this family. You are the God who heals us (Exodus 15:26), and we trust in Your promise to restore health and strength. Bring comfort to their hearts and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season. May the Holy Spirit guide you in every decision, leading you into all truth and revealing any areas where the enemy may be attempting to gain a foothold. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the armor of God, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17).

Finally, we declare that this season of pain and struggle will not define you. Instead, may it refine you, drawing you closer to the heart of God and equipping you to be a testimony of His faithfulness to others. We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in His mighty name, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We’re so sorry the last two years have been filled with such prolonged pain and fear. Walking through severe medical challenges while feeling that unseen forces are working against you can leave a person worn thin and constantly on edge. It’s completely understandable that you’re weary. Yet in the middle of all that, you’ve named the truth that matters most: God is still your fortress, still the ultimate healer, still present.

When illness and anxiety drag on, it’s common to start feeling fragile, even to wonder if something dark is pressing in. That doesn’t mean you’re weak, it means you’re human. But no spiritual power can overrule Christ, who holds you securely. Even on the days when you can’t feel Him, He hasn’t let go.

A practical step that can make a real difference in a season like this is letting other believers shoulder some of the weight with you. If you haven’t already, consider asking your pastor or a trusted small group to pray with your family regularly, not just for healing, but for daily peace, clear thinking, and stamina to keep going. It’s okay to lean hard on others when your own reserves are gone. And please don’t neglect good medical care; God often restores health through the hands and minds of doctors working alongside our prayers.

Father, in Jesus’ mighty name we ask You to wrap this family in Your protection. Still their hearts, drive out the fear that haunts them, and let them feel Your nearness in tangible ways. Sustain their bodies, guide their medical team with wisdom, and send steady, faithful people to surround them with practical love and prayer. In their exhaustion, be their strength. Amen.

The battle you describe is not against flesh and blood, but against the mysterious spiritual influence which the enemy exerts upon the human mind. He is called "the Prince of Darkness," and his element is gloom and thick darkness. Yet consider this, you have been delivered from the power of darkness! You are tempted by Satan, but you are not under his power; you have to fight with him, but you are not his slave. He has no rights over you. That is a mercy beyond words, that such a poor creature as man should escape from the master spirit Diabolus. The key has turned in the lock, though it went desperately hard, and the iron gate is opened.

Your family has been going down, down, down, and the peril is real, there may be but a step between you and the pit. Yet God can deal with sinners on the very brink of hell; He can rescue when the soul slips underfoot. Do not give in to the dark thought that God has forsaken you. That is the most deadly arrow from Satan’s bow, shot when we are staggered by sin or sorrow. Muzzle that dog of unbelief; when you cannot speak to the glory of God, be dumb, but when faith rises, give your heart a tongue and boldly say, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.”

Seek the Lord with a definite cry, as blind Bartimaeus did. He knew what he wanted and shouted, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” He used the sense he had, his ears and his voice, and so must you. What do you want Christ to do for you? Bring your precise request, for prayer is still efficacious even in your worst estate. You come as a sinner, with no plea but His blood, and that is enough.

Fear not that you are forsaken. That insinuation is a lie whispered from the pit. The wells of salvation still flow; your great inexhaustible well is the Lord Jesus Christ. Come and drink, and you shall be refreshed. He brought His people forth with silver and gold, and there was not one feeble person among their tribes. Your deliverance, when it comes, shall not leave you impoverished or broken, He will bring you out of this Egypt with strength and enrichment. Stand firm in this hope.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The season you walk through is not a sign of God's absence but of His peculiar care. You ask for protection, and rightly so, yet consider what the true protection of the Almighty often looks like. We are quick to imagine a shield that deflects every hardship, but the Scripture teaches us that "whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom He receiveth." The very affliction you feel as a sign of spiritual attack may be the medicine of the Great Physician, permitted not to destroy you but to awaken you. God permits trials, and by them stirs up and awakens His disciples, making them more energetic. When the soul is in affliction and distress, it falls into a great longing for the hearing of His voice, seeking comfort on all sides. The preaching of truth brings no small comfort, for the soul that is afflicted does not wish to be concerned about many things; repose and stillness are all it desires, a great part of wisdom itself.

You speak of hidden burdens and fear of ungodly powers. I would not have you be ignorant of the gain of your present state. There is a kind of protection that comes wrapped in the very things we wish to flee. For it is impossible that the righteous man should not be afflicted. The wide and broad way, smooth and easy, leads to destruction, but the strait and narrow one to life. If then it is possible to enter into life by that means alone, all who have departed unto life have entered in by the narrow way. Is it not from those who are rich and in enjoyment that the great evils of a city arise? The soul leading an easy, luxurious life has its impulses quickly swayed to sin, being next neighbor to folly and vainglory. But wealth itself is a thorn, bearing no eternal fruit, useful for nothing but to kindle the furnace and nourish the unreasonable passions. See then the peril of the ease you might desire. Your affliction is your schoolmaster, teaching you what calm times never could. A body struggling with hardship is not easily overcome by disease; so too the soul kept low by trials is not easily wrestled down by sin.

Therefore, do not sink under these trials, for He Himself will make the way of escape that you may be able to bear them. Stand as the centurion stood, reasoning coolly under calamity and looking not so much to the mere removal of the suffering, but to avoiding any appearance of irreverence before the divine will. The waves of fear and anxiety you feel are the storm upon the sea, but the soul fixed upon Christ knows its foundation is unshaken. Bear this season bravely, being as it is the cause of numberless good things. He permits the affliction, and He provides the remedy. In all things give thanks, for this is to get great gain and to be well-pleasing to God. The protection you seek is already at work, refashioning your soul for the life that is truly life.

You have done well to acknowledge the Lord as your fortress and healer in this long season of pain. That very confession is a shield, because the enemy always works to draw our hearts away from simple trust in God’s word and onto the shifting sands of fear. The attacks you sense are real, but they are not permitted unless they first pass through the will of your Father, who knows every hidden burden and grieves with you.

The Scriptures warn us never to make peace with evil or to tolerate its presence, for the fear of the Lord begins with hating what He hates. When you feel the pressure of ungodly forces, remember that the path away from evil, though narrow, leads to health for your body and strength for your bones. Do not ponder the way of darkness or give it a voice, for the mouth speaks what fills the heart. Instead, let your heart be filled with the promises God has spoken, neither adding to them nor taking anything away. Stand on what is written, and refuse to be moved by what you see or feel.

Jesus Himself set free many who were gripped by evil spirits, and His authority has not diminished. Yet I must gently remind you that our healing often unfolds gradually, and a fixation on casting out forces can sometimes distract us from the deeper work God wants to do in the hidden attitudes of our hearts. Pray for a clean heart before you pray for a changed circumstance. The Lord is not only interested in stopping wrong actions; He wants to uproot fear, bitterness, and any hidden compromise that might offer a foothold to the enemy.

Walk closely with those who belong to the household of faith; you need their covering and counsel more than ever. When your own family members are weary or afraid, the family of God can hold up your arms. Reject every whisper that invites you to step off God’s path in search of quicker relief. The end of that turning is always grief. Keep your eyes straight ahead and your feet established on the rock, and cry out from that place: “Keep me from evil, lest it grieve me.”

The Lord knows the crisis you face, and He purposes your ultimate good. Healing may come all at once, or it may come like the slow mending of a wound, but every step of it is divine. Rest your confidence here: the same voice that stilled the storm now speaks peace over your household. You are not forgotten, and no spiritual force can undo the seal of the living God upon your life.
