Protection

Beloved of All
Asking for extra strong protection and breakthrough for us and all in need. Also asking for healing and help for ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, intervention in ###'s relationship, a powerful anointing for our church (thanking the Lord for His help with the sermon) and help with work. Also encouragement and strength. Thank you.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for protection, breakthrough, healing, and divine intervention. Heavenly Father, we know that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and our righteousness is from You (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask for Your extra strong protection over us and all who are in need. Surround us with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be a shield around us. We pray for breakthroughs in every area of our lives, spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially. Let Your light break through every darkness, and let Your power shatter every chain that seeks to bind us. We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church, and we stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has given us power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Father, we lift up those in need of healing, those whose names are known to You, though not mentioned here. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon them. By the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that healing in His mighty name. We pray for restoration of health, strength, and wholeness, both in body and soul. Let Your healing power flow like a river, bringing life where there is death and hope where there is despair.

We also bring before You the relationship mentioned here. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention. If this relationship is not aligned with Your will, if it involves ungodly unions, fornication, or any form of immorality, we ask that You break it apart and redirect hearts toward Your perfect plan. We know that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by You to reflect Christ’s love for the church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If this relationship is not honoring to You, we rebuke the enemy’s influence and ask for repentance, restoration, and a turning toward Your ways. If it is Your will for this relationship to continue, we pray for purity, godly love, and a foundation built on Christ alone.

We thank You, Lord, for Your help with the sermon in our church. We ask for a powerful anointing to rest upon our pastors, leaders, and congregation. Let Your Word go forth with power and authority, transforming lives and drawing souls to You. Fill our church with Your presence, Lord, and let revival break out in our midst. We declare that our church is a house of prayer, a beacon of light, and a city on a hill that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14).

For work, we ask for Your favor and provision. Give wisdom, strength, and creativity to those who are laboring, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Let Your peace guard hearts and minds in the midst of challenges, and let integrity and excellence mark every task undertaken.

Finally, Lord, we ask for encouragement and strength. When we are weak, You are strong (2 Corinthians 12:10). Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, who gives power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Remind us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We come to You, Father, only through the blood of Jesus, who has torn the veil and given us direct access to Your throne. Without Him, our prayers would be in vain, but because of Him, we can boldly approach You with our requests.

We declare that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust in Your unfailing love. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for moving mightily on our behalf. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you over these many needs. It’s clear your heart is carrying a lot, and we’re honored to stand with you. The way you paused to thank God for His help with the sermon speaks volumes, you’re quick to notice His hand at work, and that’s something to hold onto as you face the rest.

When we ask for extra-strong protection, we remember that God often shields us through the prayers and presence of the people He places around us. It’s not a solo act; He builds a covering of care through the body of Christ. So as you pray for breakthrough for yourself and all in need, we encourage you to enlist a few trusted friends or fellow believers to pray specifically with you for each of those you’ve named. Sometimes breakthrough comes as we persist together, even in quiet, ordinary moments of shared prayer.

For the relationship you mentioned, we ask God to intervene with wisdom and to guide all involved toward whatever honors Him. For the healing needs, we trust that the Lord sees each person and knows exactly what they need physically, emotionally, and spiritually. And as you rely on Him for anointing on the church and help with your work, remember that the same Lord who helped you with the sermon will supply all you need for the tasks ahead.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear friend and all those named before You. Surround them with Your strong protection, break through every barrier, and bring healing where it’s needed. Grant wisdom in the relationship, fresh anointing on the church, and steady help with work. Flood their heart with encouragement and strength today. Thank You for already showing up in the sermon, help them keep seeing Your faithfulness in every part of this journey. In Your name we pray, amen.

Settle your heart a moment, for I think I hear the sound of many burdens in your words, a whole crowd of cares pressing in at once. You have spoken of protection, and of breakthrough, and of healing for those dear to you, and of a relationship needing God’s own hand, and of the work of the church, and the work of your hands, and underneath it all a simple plea for strength and encouragement. That is no small list. Yet your list is not greater than your Lord, and your many needs are only many doors through which His supply may come marching in.

Consider this: when a ship is in deep water and the storm has been long, every new wave feels like the one that will finish her. The timbers groan, the sailors’ hearts sink, and yet the vessel was built for just such seas. The Lord never meant His people to float only in fair weather. He has fashioned you to endure what would sink any merely human hope, and He has done it by hiding your life in Christ, where the waves cannot reach what is most truly you. The protection you ask for is not a promise that no wave will ever break across the bow, it is the deeper promise that you are held in the grip of One who commands the sea. “At Your word,” said Peter, and let down the net. At His word you may rest, and work, and wait, and trust through every circumstance that crowds upon you now.

You have asked for breakthrough, and I do not wonder at it. There are times when the siege has lasted so long that the soul grows weary of watching for the relief column. The enemy seems entrenched, the walls of your strength are low, and the trumpet of deliverance sounds far away. But it is precisely then that the Lord loves to show His hand. He waits to be gracious, not because He is slow, but because He will have us see that the rescue is altogether His. The God who brought His people out of Egypt with a high hand and an outstretched arm has not run out of power, nor has His ear grown heavy. Your cry for breakthrough is already known in the throne room, and the answer is on its way, perhaps already beginning, like the first faint crack in a great dam, unnoticed as yet but certain to widen until the whole flood of mercy pours through.

And your loves ones, their names are written on your heart, and I see you carry them like a mother carries a sleeping child up a long staircase, careful and earnest and a little out of breath. Healing, help, intervention, you have laid them all before the Lord. This is well. But do not think that His answer depends on the strength of your grip. It depends on His own nature, and His nature is love. The Physician of souls does not need to be persuaded to be kind. He is already at the bedside of those you name, and His remedies are prepared. Some healings come with a sudden rush, like the man at the Beautiful Gate leaping up and walking. Others come gradually, like the green shoot pushing through the soil after long winter, a day of small things that you must not despise. Whether the answer breaks upon you like noonday or steals in like dawn, it is the same Lord who sends it, and His timing is never late.

The work of the church and the work of your own calling, these too lie open before Him. You thanked Him for His help with the sermon, and that is the very spirit in which to live. One word from Him fills the net; one breath of His Spirit fills the house. Go to your labor tomorrow with the same dependence, and know that the anointing you seek is not a distant thing, reserved for apostles and prophets. It is for all who wait upon the Lord in simple, open-handed trust. Open your mouth wide, and He will fill it. That is His own word to you, and it is backed by His own character, “I am the Lord your God.” The argument is not your worthiness; the argument is His name.

When you feel small and weak and your discernment seems a mere glimmer, thank Him for the glimmer. A little light from God is better than the brightest lamp the world can light. And the little light will grow. The tree of life that stands in the paradise of God is not hard to reach; its leaves are for the healing of the nations, and its fruit is for you. You are not shut out as Adam was. You are brought near by the blood of Christ, and the way is open.

So take courage. The Lord who is your protection has already thrown a wall of fire around you, though you do not see it. The breakthrough will come in the hour He has chosen. The sick shall be restored, the wandering shall be brought home, the work shall be blessed. And you, dear soul, shall find your strength renewed as you wait, not a strength of your own working up, but the quiet strength of one who leans hard upon the Beloved and finds He is more solid than the everlasting hills.

Now let us pray together.

Lord Jesus, You are the Shepherd who never slumbers, the High Priest who ever lives to intercede, the King who holds the keys of every prison. Look upon this dear one and upon all for whom prayer has been made. Spread Your wings over them, and let no evil draw near their dwelling. Break through every obstacle that stands between them and Your purpose of love. Lay Your healing hand upon the sick, and bring wholeness where there is brokenness. Intervene in that relationship, and guide it according to Your wise and holy will. Anoint Your church with fresh power, and prosper the work of these hands for Your glory. And to this heart that asks for encouragement and strength, give Yourself, for in You is all that and more. You have promised that You will never leave us nor forsake us; seal that promise upon the soul by Your Spirit, until faith becomes sight. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
