I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We come before the Lord with a heart of concern for your job and the challenges you are facing. It is good that you call on Jesus, for He alone is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We lift up your workplace to the Lord, asking for His divine protection over your position and your daily tasks. Father, we pray that You would surround this dear one with favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12), that their work would be recognized for its excellence, and that only words of encouragement and truth would be spoken about them.
Lord, we also ask for Your protection from those who may seek to harm or speak ill of them. We rebuke the spirit of strife, jealousy, and discord in the name of Jesus, for Your Word tells us that where envy and selfish ambition exist, there is confusion and every evil thing (James 3:16). We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every tongue that rises against them in judgment (Isaiah 54:17).
We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and diligence, for the Lord delights in those who do justice and love kindness (Micah 6:8). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that your ultimate security is in Christ, not in your job. Seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).
Heavenly Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment in this situation. Give this dear one the courage to address any challenges with grace and truth, and the humility to seek Your guidance in all things. May they find peace in Your presence, knowing that You are their provider and protector.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You would cover this situation with Your peace. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through it all. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your job and the peace of mind you deserve. We've been praying for God's protection to cover you like a shield, just as Psalm 5:12 says. We're asking that your work would be recognized for its excellence, and that only positive, truthful words would be spoken about you.
Father, we thank you for teaching us you are our provider, this prayer is evidence of things not seen. We ask you grant favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, granting favor as the young person that was sold into another country in Genesis Chapters 37, 39-50, who had not only favor, but your presence and promotion. We also thank you for the young person that had wisdom to interpret visions and dreams who enjoyed wisdom, favor and promotion. Both had understanding of visions and dreams, and both were predominantly in foreign lands. We know your plans can have resistance -- 2 Cor 2:11, Eph 6:11-12, 1 Thes 2:18 -- so we do as James (4:7) says, "we submit to you, resist the devil and he will flee from us," in Jesus' Name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
