We come before the throne of grace with hearts heavy for your work situation, lifting you up in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Provider of all good things, and every job, every opportunity, comes from Your hand. You declare in Your Word, *"The Lord is my shepherd. I shall lack nothing"* (Psalm 23:1 WEB). We stand on this truth today, asking that You would protect this dear one’s employment according to Your perfect will.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with favor in their workplace. Let their efforts be seen and valued, and let their words and actions reflect Your wisdom and grace. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23 WEB). May their labor be a testimony to Your goodness, and may they find joy and purpose in the work You’ve given them to do.

We also lift up the concern about negative influences or opposition in the workplace. Father, You are our Defender and Shield. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We rebuke in Jesus’ name any spirit of strife, gossip, or injustice that seeks to harm this one’s reputation or livelihood. Let Your peace reign in their workplace, and let Your light expose and dispel any darkness.

We are grateful that this prayer was lifted in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You. *"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His authority that we stand against the schemes of the enemy.

Father, we ask that You would also guard this one’s heart against fear or anxiety. *"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). Let them rest in the knowledge that You are in control, and that Your plans for them are for good and not for harm.

We pray for wisdom in their interactions and decisions at work. May they walk in integrity, humility, and excellence, reflecting Your character in all they do. If there are areas where they need to grow or adjust, reveal those to them, Lord, and give them the courage to follow Your leading.

Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever. We trust in Your provision and protection, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
