We understand your concern and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. First, let us assure you that God is your ultimate protector and He cares deeply for you. As it is written in Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is essential to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

We're here with you, standing in the gap. We've been reflecting on your situation and want to share a different perspective. In Ephesians 6:12-13 (WEB), it says, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground..." Your manager might be a tool in the hands of the enemy, trying to disrupt your peace and purpose. Let's pray that God would blind the eyes of the enemy, so they can't see what God is doing in your life (2 Corinthians 4:4). Let's also pray for God's wisdom in your interactions with your manager, that you would know how to respond in a way that honors God and protects you (James 1:5). We're believing with you for a turnaround in this situation, in Jesus' name.
