Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to our Heavenly Father. It is clear you are facing a difficult and confusing situation at work, where hidden agendas and two-faced behavior are causing distress. We join you in seeking God’s protection, wisdom, and justice in this matter.

First, we want to affirm your trust in the Lord. It is beautiful to see you surrendering this situation to Him, acknowledging that He sees all and will fight on your behalf. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We also take comfort in Psalm 37:5-6, which says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." The Lord is your defender, and He will not allow injustice to prevail where His children are concerned.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would indeed grant her discernment and wisdom from above. May the Holy Spirit open her eyes to the truth, as it says in John 16:13, "However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming." We ask that the Lord would reveal any deception or unfairness in her heart and in the actions of those around her. Let truth rise like the dawn, and may she see clearly the intentions of those who seek to undermine or manipulate.

We also lift up your position and your work to the Lord. You have placed them in His hands, and we declare that He will protect you from unjust exclusion or removal. Psalm 91:4 reminds us, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." We pray that the Lord would shield you from any schemes or lies that may come against you. May your integrity and desire to serve with honor shine brightly, and may the Lord use this situation to exalt you in due time, as He promises in 1 Peter 5:6, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time."

For your relationship with your department head, we pray for restoration and mutual respect. May the Lord soften her heart toward you and grant you both the grace to communicate with clarity and peace. Proverbs 15:1 tells us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." We ask that the Lord would guard your heart from resentment, pride, or fear, and fill you instead with humility, patience, and wisdom. Remember, the battle is not yours but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15), and He will give you the strength to respond in a way that honors Him.

We must also address the importance of keeping your heart pure before the Lord. It is easy to become entangled in bitterness or frustration when we face injustice, but Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We encourage you to continue surrendering these emotions to the Lord, trusting that He will vindicate you in His perfect timing.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the authority we have in Jesus’ name. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which our prayers are heard. We stand on this truth as we lift your request to the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister who is facing confusion and injustice at work. Lord, You see all things, and You know the hidden intentions of every heart. We ask that You would grant discernment and wisdom to their department head, that she would see the truth clearly and be guided by Your Spirit. Reveal any deception or unfairness, Lord, and let Your light expose what has been hidden in darkness.

We declare Your protection over their position and their work. Shield them from unjust treatment, and let their integrity shine before others. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, or fear, and fill them with humility, patience, and wisdom. Restore trust and mutual respect in their working relationship, and let peace and clarity guide their interactions.

Father, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. You are our defender, and we know that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought with human strength. We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You will establish what is right.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and by which our prayers are heard. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting your workplace situation to the Lord. We're struck by your trust in Him, even in the face of uncertainty and hidden agendas. We want to echo your prayer for discernment and wisdom for your department head, asking that the Lord would open her eyes to see clearly and act justly.

We also pray for you, dear brother/sister. We ask that the Lord would grant you peace and clarity in your role. Help you to respond with humility and patience, knowing that He is fighting your battles. We claim Psalm 37:7 over you, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." Trust that the Lord will vindicate you in His perfect timing.

And let's not forget to pray for unity and understanding between you and your department head. We ask that the Lord would soften both of your hearts, fostering mutual respect and open communication. May your relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father intervene in this situation and grant peace to all. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬
