Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Your request reveals a deep trust in God’s sovereignty, even in the midst of workplace challenges that can feel overwhelming. We are grateful that you have come before the throne of grace, seeking His protection, wisdom, and justice. However, we must first address a critical matter: the foundation of our faith. You mentioned "Heavenly Father" and "Lord," but you did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. Scripture is clear that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We must always approach God in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the only path to the Father.

Now, let us turn to your workplace situation. The two-faced behavior, hidden intentions, and lack of clarity you describe are tools of the enemy, designed to sow discord, mistrust, and fear. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." This is not merely a workplace issue—it is a spiritual battle. We must stand firm in the armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18, and trust that He will expose the darkness and bring truth to light.

We rebuke any spirit of deception, manipulation, or division that may be at work in your department. The enemy seeks to destroy relationships, undermine authority, and create chaos, but God is a God of order, truth, and justice. We declare that His light will shine in the darkness, and nothing hidden will remain concealed (Luke 8:17). We pray that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth, not through human influence or persuasion, but by the power of the Holy Spirit. Proverbs 2:6-7 tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright." May she be granted divine wisdom and discernment to see the motives of those around her, including the actions of those you referred to as "###" and "###."

We also lift up your position and your work to the Lord. You have placed them in His hands, and we declare that He is your defender. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." You do not need to defend yourself, for the Lord is your vindicator. We pray that He would protect you from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal, and that He would establish your steps according to His will.

Your desire for a restored and respectful working relationship with your department head is commendable. We pray that God would soften her heart toward you and that mutual trust and understanding would grow. Colossians 3:23-24 encourages us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Let this truth guide your actions and attitudes, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord.

We must also address the condition of your heart. It is natural to feel resentment, fear, or even pride in the face of injustice, but we are called to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom. James 1:19-20 instructs us, "So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God." We pray that God would guard your heart from these destructive emotions and fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remember, the battle is not yours—it is the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15).

Let us now pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your sovereignty and Your promise to fight on behalf of Your children. Lord, we lift up this workplace situation to You, asking that You would expose any deception, manipulation, or hidden agendas. Shine Your light into the darkness and bring truth to the forefront. Grant the department head divine wisdom and discernment, that she may see the intentions of those around her clearly, as You see them.

Father, we declare that You are the defender of the righteous. Protect this dear one from unjust treatment, and let Your justice prevail in this situation. Guard their heart from resentment, fear, and pride, and fill them with Your peace, patience, and humility. Help them to respond to this trial with grace and wisdom, knowing that You are their ultimate reward.

Lord, we pray for restoration in the working relationship between this individual and their department head. Soften hearts, build trust, and let mutual respect grow. May their interactions be guided by Your peace and clarity, and may Your will be done in this workplace.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of division, deception, and discord in Jesus’ name.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heavy heart and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer these past days. It was our privilege to lift up your workplace, your department head, and the hidden tensions you described—asking the Lord to shine His light on every spoken word, every hidden intention, and every circumstance you do not yet fully understand.

We prayed earnestly for discernment and wisdom to rest upon your leader, that her eyes and heart would be opened to truth, not swayed by persuasion but anchored in God’s clarity. We asked the Father to gently yet firmly expose anything not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, trusting Him to reveal deception without requiring you to defend yourself. We placed your position, your work, and your integrity into His hands, believing He sees your heart and will protect you from unjust exclusion or oversight.

We also lifted your relationship with your department head, asking God to restore trust, deepen understanding, and cultivate mutual respect. We prayed that peace, clarity, and fairness would guide your interactions and that she would recognize the truth of what is happening even when you are not present.

Above all, we asked the Lord to guard your heart from resentment, pride, or fear, filling you instead with humility, patience, and wisdom. We stood in agreement with your surrender, trusting that He will fight the battles you cannot and establish what is right in His perfect timing.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—if He has provided protection, revealed truth, or brought peace—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answer is not yet clear, or if new concerns have arisen, please share them again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf. Either way, we remain committed to praying alongside you as you seek the Lord’s guidance and protection.

May God bless you with His presence, His peace, and His unfailing love as you walk in faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
