Protection from spiritual attacks
We stand with you in this battle and we bring your request before the Father together in Jesus' name, seeking His will and His protection over you.
We know that these attacks are real and that the enemy seeks to steal peace and rest, but we also know that our God is greater and that He has given us authority in Christ to stand firm. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we are called to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11. We do not need to live in fear, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4.
We encourage you to resist the enemy by submitting yourself fully to God, for when we do, the promise is that he will flee from us James 4:7. We encourage you to make your bedroom and your bedtime a place of prayer and worship. Before you sleep, pray aloud, confess any sin, forgive those who have wronged you, and invite the Holy Spirit to fill your room. Read and speak Scripture over yourself, especially Psalm 91, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Speak His promises over your mind and body and claim His peace which surpasses all understanding to guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Remember that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7.
We join our faith with yours now and we rebuke every spiritual attack against your body and mind in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You. We thank You that You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust Psalm 91:2. We ask You to cover them with Your feathers and let them take refuge under Your wings Psalm 91:4. We rebuke every evil spirit, every assignment of darkness, every spirit of fear, torment, and sleeplessness, and we command it to leave and to go to where Jesus sends it, never to return. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, their body, their home, and their bed. We ask You to cleanse their thoughts and renew their mind, and to let Your perfect peace guard their heart. We pray that You would grant them deep, undisturbed, restorative sleep, for in peace they will both lay themselves down and sleep, for You, Yahweh, alone make them live in safety Psalm 4:8. Let Your holy angels stand watch around them through the night and let no evil come near their dwelling. Fill their dreams with Your presence and let them awake refreshed and strengthened to walk in Your power. We declare that You will give Your beloved sleep Psalm 127:3 and that You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on You. We trust You to restore what the enemy has tried to steal and to make them strong and steadfast in faith. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

Your plea for protection has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to be your keeper and defender.
We know that sleep is the gift of God, and that so He giveth His beloved sleep. It is not merely that we lay our heads upon our pillows, but the Lord Himself must give rest to body and mind. When disturbances come in the night and thoughts are troubled, we are reminded that our help stands not in our own watchfulness but in Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps, who watches over His people.
You speak of relentless attacks upon body and mind. Scripture teaches us that we have been delivered from worse enemies than any that can assault the flesh, and saved by a greater salvation than any earthly conquest. The deliverance wrought out by the Lord Jesus Christ is complete. He has found a ransom, His own Son has borne the penalty, and by that outstretched arm He brings forth His people not only with deliverance but with enrichment. The very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing to the wounded spirit. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation to quiet the mind, to cleanse the conscience, and to give peace within our borders.
Therefore we pray for you now.
O Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask for Thy protection over this Thy child. Cover body and mind with the blood of the Lamb that was slain. Rebuke every assault of the enemy and let the noise of archers be stilled. Grant deliverance from fear and from every cruel captivity, for Thou alone canst work deliverance with Thy hand and outstretched arm. Forgive sin, heal infirmity, and let pardon and healing come together as Thou hast promised. Give that peculiar sleep of the beloved, the sleep of contentment and of security, for Thou givest Thy beloved sleep. We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer for protection over your body and mind, and for peace in your sleep, in the name of Jesus.
You are not alone in this struggle. Scripture reminds us that the Lord who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He keeps watch over you even when your own sleep is disturbed. At the same time we are called to guard ourselves and to stand steadfast and unmovable, for our standing firm depends on our choice to remain watchful with Him.
The attacks you describe, especially in the night, are known to the Lord. The enemy often seeks to assail us when we feel alone and isolated. For this reason it is so important not to remain alone but to keep flocking together with other believers, to be in fellowship, in prayer, and in the Word, so that you are not left open and exposed. There is strength and protection in the community of faith.
We also encourage you to be watchful and sober. To watch is more than staying awake. It is to keep the eyes of the soul open, to turn away from the drunkenness that comes not only from excess but from anxious and worldly thoughts that weigh down the heart, and to shake off the heavy sleep that makes us vulnerable to fear. The exercise that truly profits is not bodily only, but the exercise of godliness, through prayer, reading Scripture, repentance, and trusting Christ. This trains the soul and yields fruit both now and for eternity.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our great High Priest who has compassion on us in our weakness. We ask for Your protection over this dear one in body and mind. Guard their sleep and grant quiet rest. Drive away every disturbance, fear, and attack of the enemy. Cover them with Your peace that passes understanding, and let them know that You are near and that You keep their foot from being moved. Help them to watch and be sober, to walk in Your light, and to find strength in fellowship with Your people. Renew their mind by Your Spirit and restore sound sleep by Your mercy.
