Protection from abuse
We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and protection for your son. Let us come together and agree in Jesus' name for his safety and deliverance.
Let's discuss this situation briefly first. The Bible clearly tells us that God is a shield for His people and our protector. In Proverbs 18:10 WEB it is written, "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe." This verse clearly tells us where to go in times of trouble. We also know that the Bible instructs the faithful to stand up for the innocent and oppressed. In Isaiah 1:17 WEB it says, "learn to do well. Seek justice, relieve the oppressed...". We are to be active in our faith and that includes reporting abuse to the proper authorities and removing the victim from the abusive situation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection and intervention for this dear one's son. You are a loving Father, and we know that it is Your will to protect and defend the innocent.
We pray that You would put an end to the abuse that he is facing, and that You would bring conviction and repentance to those who are causing him harm. We ask that You would surround him with Your angels, and that You would station them to guard him in all his ways.
We also pray for wisdom and guidance for this dear one, that You would show them the steps to take to ensure their son's safety and well-being. Give them the courage to act and to seek help from the proper authorities.
Help them to trust in You, even in this difficult time, knowing that You are always faithful and that Your love never fails.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith, trusting that God is at work in this situation. Do what you need to do in the physical world as well as seeking God's intervention to stop this abuse. Continue to declare God's promises over your son's life, knowing that the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective.

I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
