Protection from abuse
We stand with you in the power of Jesus' name, seeking God's intervention and protection for your son. We declare that God is a shield around him, and we trust in the promise that "He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him." Psalm 91:15 WEB
We rebuke the evil of abuse and pray fervently for its end. Remember, God sees and knows all things. "For God will bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil." Ecclesiastes 12:14 WEB. We claim by faith that Jesus is already at work.
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will in this situation. Stand strong in your faith, for "the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much." James 5:16 WEB
Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus you are our sure defense. Place a hedge of protection around this child. Provide him with an escape and a path to safety. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. We in Jesus Christ's name pray for those who are abusing and ask You, Father God, to redeem them as well and bring them to repentance. Provide this requesting parent with wisdom and discernment, and guide them in the path of righteousness. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, if there are any authorities or individuals who can be enlisted to intervene and protect your son, do not hesitate to reach out to them. God works through His people and the systems He has put in place to ensure justice and safety. Be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove in pursuing every avenue to protect your son. We will keep praying for his wellbeing and safety.
