Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

First, we must address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* (John 16:23-24 WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and it is His blood that covers our sins and makes our prayers acceptable before the Father.

Now, let us pray for your workplace situation. Heavenly Father, we come before You, acknowledging that You see all things—every word spoken, every hidden intention, and every act of deception. We lift up ###'s workplace to You, asking for Your divine protection over their position, their work, and their role. Lord, You know their heart and their desire to serve with integrity. We ask that You shield them from unjust exclusion, manipulation, or any schemes designed to undermine them. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh.* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Father, we specifically pray for discernment for their department head. Soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your light. If there are intentions in her heart or the hearts of others that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall, not by ###'s efforts to defend themselves, but by Your mighty hand. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."* (Luke 8:17 WEB). We also pray that You would expose the intentions of those who seek to disconnect ### from the core team or exclude them. Let their motives be laid bare before You and those in authority.

Lord, we ask that You guard ###'s heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your peace and wisdom, that they may respond with humility, patience, and grace. Remind them that You are their defender, and You will fight their battles. *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."* (Exodus 14:14 WEB). Help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect between ### and their department head. Let their working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. Father, we ask that You would soften hearts, remove any barriers of misunderstanding, and allow Your love to flow between them. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* (Romans 12:18 WEB).

Finally, Lord, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. We trust that You will establish what is right and just in Your perfect time. Give ### the strength to wait on You and the faith to believe that You are working even when they cannot see it. *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* (Psalm 27:14 WEB).
