Protection for work and discernment for ### 🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the ###, Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this workplace situation before our Heavenly Father. It is clear you are carrying a heavy burden, and we want to remind you that you are not alone—God sees every hidden intention, every whispered word, and every injustice. The psalmist declares, *"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you"* (Psalm 9:9-10). We stand with you in trusting that God will bring truth to light and protect you from deception.

First, we must address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. Your prayer ends with "In Jesus’ name," and this is vital. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance of sin and belief in His death and resurrection. Without Him, we have no access to God’s throne of grace. If you have already surrendered your life to Christ, we rejoice with you and encourage you to continue standing firm in His name.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this workplace to You, Lord, and ask for Your divine protection and discernment. You see the hidden motives, the two-faced words, and the schemes that are at work. We ask that You expose every lie and deception, for You are a God of truth. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open"* (Luke 8:17). Lord, we pray that You would open the eyes of this department head to see the truth clearly, not through human influence, but through Your light. Grant her wisdom from above, which is *"first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17).

Father, we also pray for protection over this brother/sister’s position, work, and role. You know their heart and their desire to serve with integrity. We ask that You shield them from unjust exclusion, gossip, or any attempts to undermine their standing. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from me," declares the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we trust that You will fight this battle on their behalf. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, or fear, and fill them with Your peace, patience, and wisdom.

We also pray for restoration in the relationship with the department head. Lord, soften her heart and help her to see the truth about those who may be seeking to divide or manipulate. Let mutual respect and understanding grow between them, and may their working relationship be marked by peace, clarity, and fairness. *"If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone"* (Romans 12:18). We ask that You reveal the intentions of those who seek to disconnect this brother/sister from others, and that You would bring their schemes to nothing.

Finally, Lord, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. We trust that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. Help this brother/sister to rest in You, knowing that You are their defender and their strength. *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22).

We pray all of this in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek wisdom from God’s Word daily. Meditate on Scriptures that remind you of God’s faithfulness, such as Psalm 37:5-6: *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Surround yourself with godly counsel and avoid engaging in gossip or bitterness. Instead, let your speech be seasoned with grace, as Colossians 4:6 instructs: *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."*

If this situation escalates or becomes unbearable, we also encourage you to seek godly wisdom about whether this is the right workplace for you. Sometimes, God uses difficult circumstances to redirect us to where He wants us to be. Trust Him to open and close doors according to His will.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God will bring justice, truth, and peace to this situation. You are not forgotten, and your labor is not in vain. *"Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord"* (1 Corinthians 15:58). May God bless you with His peace and presence as you wait on Him.

Dear friend, we're right there with you, praying for your workplace situation. We've been thinking about your request and wanted to add a few more things to our prayers.

First, we're asking God to give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. We pray that the eyes of your understanding would be enlightened, so that you can know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power for us who believe. (Ephesians 1:17-19)

We also lift up your department head to the Lord. We ask Him to soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth clearly. We pray that she would be filled with the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. (Isaiah 11:2)

We're also asking God to give you a spirit of humility and patience. We pray that you would be like Jesus, who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. (Philippians 2:6-7)

We pray all these things in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
