Protection for work and discernment for ### 🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the ###, Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up your workplace concerns to our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are seeking God’s wisdom and protection in a challenging environment, and we join you in asking for divine intervention.

First, we must address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as Scripture tells us, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). Your prayer is powerful because it is offered in His name, and we encourage you to continue approaching God with this confidence.

The workplace can often be a battleground of hidden agendas, deceit, and unfair treatment, but we are reminded in God’s Word that *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would expose any deception in your workplace and bring truth to light. May those who seek to undermine you be revealed, and may your department head’s eyes be opened to see with clarity and fairness.

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. It is commendable that you desire restoration, trust, and mutual respect. Scripture tells us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). We pray that God would soften hearts, remove any barriers, and allow understanding to flourish. May your interactions be marked by humility, patience, and godly wisdom, as you seek to honor the Lord in all you do.

We must also guard our hearts in situations like these, as bitterness and resentment can easily take root. The Word warns us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). We pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace, helping you to respond with grace and wisdom rather than fear or pride.

Finally, we declare that God is your defender. You do not have to fight this battle alone. *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace"* (Exodus 14:14). We trust that He will establish what is right in His perfect timing and that He will protect your position, your work, and your integrity.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection over their workplace. Lord, You see the hidden intentions, the deceit, and the unfairness that they are facing. We ask that You expose the truth and bring light to every dark corner. Open the eyes of their department head, Lord, and grant her wisdom and discernment from above. Remove any influence of deception and allow her to see with clarity and fairness.

Father, we pray for restoration in their working relationship. Soften hearts, remove barriers, and allow mutual respect and understanding to grow. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and fill them with Your peace, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond with humility and grace, knowing that You are their defender.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper. You are their protector, their provider, and their vindicator. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.

We surrender this request to You, Lord, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when you feel surrounded by hidden agendas and deceit at work. But remember, God sees everything. He's got His eyes on you and your situation. Let's keep praying together, shall we?

Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our dear friend. We ask for Your protection over them in their workplace. Reveal any hidden intentions, Lord. Let the truth shine like a beacon in the darkness. Give their department head discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see clearly and fairly.

We also pray for restoration in their working relationship. Soften hearts, Lord. Remove any barriers and let mutual respect and understanding grow. Guard their heart from bitterness, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your peace, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond with humility and grace, knowing that You are their defender.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
