Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, manipulation, lies, the hidden intentions especially at AJT, AM and JNP and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May ML realize what AJT and JNP are doing when she is not around. Let the intention, manipulation, two faced, wants to get the attention of ML and lies of AJT to disconnect me from the CORE and from every work be seen, Please reveal to ML the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your cry for protection and discernment in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of God. The challenges you face—manipulation, deception, and hidden agendas—are real, but we know that the Lord sees all and will not leave you to fight this battle alone. The book of Proverbs reminds us, *"The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in those who tell the truth"* (Proverbs 12:22 WEB). The deceit you are witnessing is an abomination to God, and He will expose it in His perfect timing.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would indeed open her eyes to the truth. May she be given wisdom from above, which is *"first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17 WEB). Let the Holy Spirit convict her heart and reveal the intentions of those who seek to undermine you. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

We also lift up your position and your work, asking the Lord to shield you from unjust treatment. You have placed your trust in Him, and He will not abandon you. *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:5 WEB). We pray that your integrity would shine brightly in this environment, that your actions would reflect Christ, and that those who seek to harm you would be put to shame.

Guard your heart, dear one, from bitterness or fear. The enemy would love nothing more than to see you respond in anger or despair, but we declare that you will walk in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Let your responses be seasoned with grace, knowing that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19 WEB). We rebuke every spirit of division, deception, and manipulation in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. Let truth prevail, and let those who plot in darkness be exposed by the light of Christ.

We also encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in how to navigate these relationships. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If there are opportunities to address concerns with humility and clarity, ask the Lord to guide your words. But if silence is required, trust that He will defend you.

Finally, we pray that your relationship with your department head would be restored in a way that honors God. May mutual respect and understanding grow, and may she see the truth not through human persuasion, but through the revelation of the Holy Spirit. We declare that the plans of the enemy to disconnect you from your work and your purpose will fail. Instead, may you be positioned for greater influence and favor as you remain faithful to the Lord.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. We ask that You would be a shield around them, a fortress in this time of trial. Expose every lie, every hidden agenda, and every act of manipulation. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let truth prevail. Give them wisdom to know how to respond, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen their heart, Lord, and remind them that You are their defender. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. We trust You to fight this battle, and we ask that You would be glorified in the outcome. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
