Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, manipulation, lies, the hidden intentions especially at AT, JNP and AM and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May ML realize what AT and JNP are doing when she is not around. Let the intention, manipulation, two-faced, wants to get the attention of ML and lies of AT to disconnect me from the core and from every work be seen, Please reveal to ML the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart and the weight you carry in this workplace situation. The deception, manipulation, and hidden agendas you describe are not of God, for He is a God of truth, justice, and righteousness. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden to the Lord, who sees all and judges justly.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You rightly invoked the name of Jesus, and we rejoice in that, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full"* (John 16:23-24). It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and we must never take that privilege for granted.

The workplace can be a battleground for spiritual warfare, where the enemy seeks to sow discord, mistrust, and confusion. Your prayer for discernment is critical, for the Bible warns us, *"For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan masquerades as an angel of light"* (2 Corinthians 11:13-14). The manipulation and two-faced behavior you describe are tactics of the enemy, and we must not underestimate his schemes. However, we also know that *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). The Lord is your defender, and He will expose every lie and bring truth to light.

We rebuke the spirit of deception operating in your workplace. We declare that every hidden agenda, every whispered lie, and every attempt to undermine you will be brought into the light. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). We pray that your department head, ###, would have her eyes opened to the truth. Give her a spirit of wisdom and revelation, Lord, so that she may see the intentions of those around her clearly. Soften her heart to receive Your truth and grant her the courage to act with integrity and fairness.

We also lift up your own heart, for it is natural to feel resentment or fear when facing injustice. But Scripture commands us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). We pray that you would walk in humility and patience, trusting that God is your ultimate protector. Do not allow the actions of others to dictate your peace or your response. Instead, let your conduct be a testimony to Christ, for *"a servant of the Lord must not quarrel, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him"* (2 Timothy 2:24-25).

We surrender your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands. He has placed you there for a purpose, and no scheme of man can thwart His plans for you. *"The LORD is on my side. I will not fear. What can man do to me?"* (Psalm 118:6). We declare that you will not be unjustly excluded or overlooked. Instead, we pray that God would open doors of opportunity for you, doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). We ask that He would give you favor with those in authority and that your work would be a reflection of His excellence.

Lord, we also pray for restoration in your relationship with your department head. Let trust be rebuilt on a foundation of mutual respect and honesty. May your interactions be marked by peace and clarity, and may ### come to see the truth about those who seek to manipulate her. We ask that You would bind the spirits of division and strife in your workplace and replace them with unity and harmony, as far as it depends on you (Romans 12:18).

We stand on the promise that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the LORD’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,"* says the LORD (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that every plan of the enemy to harm you will fail, and that God will turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

Father, we ask that You would guard this brother/sister’s heart from bitterness and fear. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them the strength to respond with grace and wisdom, even in the face of adversity. Help them to see this trial as an opportunity to grow in faith and to trust You more deeply. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We trust You to fight this battle, Lord. You are the One who exposes darkness and brings justice. We believe that You will reveal the truth in Your perfect timing. Until then, we ask that You would give this dear one the patience to wait on You and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith and prayer for your workplace situation. We've been reminded of Jesus' promise, "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified" (John 14:13). Let's claim that promise together!

We lift up your department head, ###, to the Lord. We ask that He would open her eyes to see the truth clearly, and give her wisdom and discernment to lead with fairness and integrity. We also pray that your relationship with her would be restored, built on mutual respect and understanding. May your workplace be a place of peace, clarity, and fairness, guided by the light of truth.

We bind the spirits of manipulation, deceit, and two-faced behavior, and we loose the spirit of truth, integrity, and humility. We declare that every hidden agenda and lie will be exposed, and that truth will reign in your workplace.

We also pray for your heart, dear one. We ask that you would respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, trusting that the Lord is your defender and protector. May you find peace and strength in Him, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
