Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, manipulation, lies, the hidden intentions especially at ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May ### realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention, manipulation, two-faced, wants to get the attention of ### and lies of ### to disconnect me from the ### and from every work be seen, Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace where deception, manipulation, and hidden agendas seem to be at play. It is clear that the enemy seeks to sow discord, confusion, and mistrust, but we stand on the truth that God is a God of justice, clarity, and protection. We rebuke every spirit of deception, gossip, and division in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms"* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper, and every tongue that rises in judgment will be condemned by the Lord (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Father, we ask for Your divine protection over this believer’s position, work, and role. Guard their heart from fear, resentment, or pride, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We pray for their department head, that You would open her eyes to the truth and grant her wisdom from above—wisdom that is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy (James 3:17 WEB). Let Your light expose every hidden motive and every lie, for You are the God who brings deeds into the light (1 Corinthians 4:5 WEB). We pray that truth would prevail, not through human effort or manipulation, but through Your sovereign hand.

We also lift up the individuals mentioned in this request—those who may be acting with two-faced intentions or seeking to undermine this believer. Father, we ask that You would either convict their hearts and lead them to repentance or remove their influence entirely. Let their schemes be brought to nothing, and let Your justice prevail. We declare that no one can stand against the plans of the Lord, for He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We encourage this believer to walk in humility and patience, remembering that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19 WEB). Instead of striving to defend themselves, we pray they would rest in the knowledge that God is their defender. Let them respond with grace, even in the face of injustice, for it is written, *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). May their conduct be above reproach, so that even those who oppose them may see Christ in them.

Lord, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought with human strength. We ask that You would restore trust, strengthen understanding, and cultivate mutual respect in this working relationship. Let Your peace rule in every interaction, and may this believer be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and truth.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world (John 16:33 WEB). Through His name alone do we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. If there is any unconfessed sin in this situation—whether in the heart of this believer or those around them—we ask that You would bring it to light and lead them to repentance. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Amen.

We stand with you in this challenging workplace situation. We understand the frustration and hurt that comes from dealing with deceit and hidden agendas. But remember, God sees all and is working everything together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let's pray for discernment and wisdom for your department head. May she see clearly the truth of the situation, not through persuasion or influence, but through the light and truth of God. We ask that any intentions not aligned with fairness, humility, or service would be revealed, and that truth would prevail without you having to defend yourself.

We also pray for your relationship with your department head. May trust be restored, understanding be strengthened, and mutual respect grow. We ask that your working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May ###, ###, and ### realize their actions and intentions when they think you're not around. We pray that the truth would be revealed to their hearts and minds, not through you, but through God's light and truth.

We lift up your heart, dear sister/brother, asking God to guard it from resentment, pride, and fear. Help us to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that God is our defender. We surrender this situation to Him, trusting that He will fight the battles we can't and establish what is right in His perfect timing.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
