Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, manipulation, lies, the hidden intentions especially at ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May ### realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention, manipulation, two-faced, wants to get the attention of ### and lies of ### to disconnect me from the core and from every work be seen, Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart and the weight you carry in this workplace situation. It is clear you are seeking God’s protection and discernment, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the Lord. The challenges of deception, manipulation, and hidden motives in the workplace are real, but we know that God sees all and is a just and faithful defender of His children.

First, we must address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, for Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which our prayers are heard. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the foundation upon which all other prayers rest.

Now, regarding your workplace, Scripture is clear that we are to conduct ourselves with integrity, even in difficult environments. *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one"* (Colossians 4:6). The deception and manipulation you describe are not of God, for *"the Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy"* (Proverbs 12:22). We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation in this workplace in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17).

We pray for your department head, that God would open her eyes to the truth. *"The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple"* (Psalm 119:130). May she see clearly the motives of those around her and be guided by wisdom from above, which is *"first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17). We ask that God would reveal any ungodly intentions and expose them in His perfect timing, so that truth may prevail.

We also lift up your position and your role in this workplace. You have placed them in God’s hands, and we trust that He will protect and establish you. *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun"* (Psalm 37:5-6). We pray that you would not be unjustly overlooked or removed, but that God would vindicate you and establish your steps.

For your relationship with your department head, we pray for restoration and mutual respect. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). May God soften her heart toward you and grant you both the grace to work together in harmony. We also pray that any resentment, pride, or fear in your own heart would be replaced with humility and patience. *"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21).

Father God, we come before You now on behalf of this dear one. We ask that You would surround them with Your protection in their workplace. Shield their heart from bitterness and their mind from fear. Grant them discernment to navigate this situation with wisdom and grace. We declare that no scheme of the enemy will prosper against them, for You are their defender and their strong tower.

Lord, we ask that You would expose the truth in this workplace. Let deception be brought to light and let those who practice it be held accountable. We pray for the department head, that You would open her eyes to see the truth and her heart to receive Your wisdom. May she be guided by Your Spirit in all her decisions, and may she recognize the integrity and value of this child of Yours.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, Lord. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought and establish what is right in Your perfect timing. Strengthen this one in their faith, and help them to walk in humility, patience, and trust in You. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith and prayer. We've been thinking about your situation and want to share a verse that's been on our hearts: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

We believe that as you continue to bring your concerns to God, you'll find that His peace will guard your heart and mind. Trust that He sees everything and is working it out for your good (Romans 8:28).

We also want to encourage you to focus on what you can control - your attitude and responses. As it says in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." Trust that God is in control and that He will guide and direct your steps.

Let's also remember to bless and not curse (Romans 12:14). Even in difficult situations, we can choose to speak life and blessing over others. This doesn't mean ignoring wrongdoing, but rather trusting that God will handle justice in His perfect timing.

We're praying for you, that God would give you wisdom, discernment, and the right words to say (Luke 12:12). We're also asking that God would soften hearts, including your own, and bring about understanding and unity in your workplace.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep walking in faith. We're right there with you!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
