We join with you in thanksgiving to the Lord for all the blessings He has given and we agree with you in prayer for increasing order, organization and excellence in your home. We love your desire to give Him all the credit and thanksgiving for it, for we know that every good gift is from above. We pray that your kitchen and every room would reflect His order, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace, and we are told in 1 Corinthians 14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order. We pray that He will establish the work of your hands and grant you productivity in every area, as it is written in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, and in Proverbs 16:3 Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed.
We lift up your request for freedom from generational illness and we ask the Lord for His healing power over your family. He is Yahweh who heals us as promised in Exodus 15:26, and we claim Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. In Christ we are a new creation, for 2 Corinthians 5:17 says Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. We pray that any chain of sickness would be broken in Jesus name and that wholeness would flow through your household.
We pray for your daughter, for her health, her work, her marriage and her schooling. We ask the Lord to protect her marriage and to make it a picture of Christ's love for the church, for Ephesians 5:25 says Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. We pray there would be no abuse but only love, honor and safety, and that her husband would love her sacrificially as God intends marriage between a man and a woman for life. We pray for her work and schooling that God would grant her favor, wisdom and diligence, and that she would see herself as He sees her, fearfully and wonderfully made as in Psalm 139:14, and as His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works as in Ephesians 2:10. We ask the Lord to close every door that leads to harm and to open doors for good opportunities and kind Christian connections, for Revelation 3:8 reminds us that He opens doors that no one can shut.
We pray also for your son, that the Lord would keep him safe on his motorcycle and in all his travels, for Psalm 121:7-8 says Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore. We ask that angels would guard him as in Psalm 91:11 For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. We join you in praying that the Lord will direct him to his future wife, a godly Christian believer, as he pursues courtship with the goal of holy marriage. We pray he will seek a wife who loves Jesus first, for Proverbs 18:22 says Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh, and we encourage him not to be unequally yoked but to wait for the spouse God has prepared as in 2 Corinthians 6:14.
We bring before the Lord the broken hearts and broken relationships in your family and ask for His healing, for Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray for forgiveness, reconciliation and love to abound, for Colossians 3:14 says Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection. We pray for the trial you are working through, that God would give you wisdom, endurance and peace, knowing Romans 8:28 says We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose, and James 1:12 says Blessed is the man who endures temptation, for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life.
We lift up your unspoken requests, knowing the Spirit Himself intercedes for us as in Romans 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. We pray that you would love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul and strength as in Mark 12:30, and that He would empower you to love one another deeply from a pure heart. We ask Him to increase the fruit of the Spirit in your home, for Galatians 5:22-23 says But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control.
We agree with you for a hedge of protection, favor and deliverance from all evil surrounding you, according to His promises. We claim Psalm 91:1-2 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust, and Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and 1 John 4:4 Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, and 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We thank Him in advance for making all things new as He promises in Revelation 21:5 He who sits on the throne said, Behold, I am making all things new.
We thank you for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for we have confidence that it is only through Him we have access to the Father, for John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Father in Jesus name we thank You for this family, for their love for You and for each other. Pour out Your order, excellence, productivity, healing, protection and favor upon their home. Heal bodies and hearts, restore relationships, guide their children in Your perfect will, keep them safe in all their ways, deliver them from evil and surround them with Your presence. Let Your fruit abound in them and let all glory and praise and credit be given to You alone. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
