Jesus I pray that this young man's parents will see that it is their responsibility to take care of their son and to stop putting undue responsibility upon my ### and our family to financially take care of him. This relationship is toxic he is jealous of her achievements and he is severely destroying her self-esteem, her self-worth, her faith, her relationship with her family, her friendships, her work, her finances, and other aspects of her life. He is a narcissist and his parents enable his destructive behaviors towards others. Jesus I pray this young man will move back to his parents' home alone swiftly. He is not ready for a relationship. Jesus I ask that my ### will see this is not her significant other. I rebuke all stubborn, disrespectful, dysfunctional hold these people have on my ###'s life. In Jesus name. I command them to flee and never return. I pray my ### will move back home swiftly with no regrets so she can get the support she needs. I pray for a Godly spouse for her and complete restoration in every aspect in her life this toxic relationship has taken. Jesus I pray my ### will stop mimicking this young man's behaviors and idolizing him and his family. Jesus I pray for restoration of strong unity, love, joy, consideration, gentleness, calm and respect in my family. Jesus I ask that You redirect all friendship that is encouraging this lifestyle of living together let them see this young man is not ready for a relationship. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me and my children. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this heavy burden, and we are grateful you have brought this before the Lord in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that we find true deliverance, protection, and restoration. Your heart’s cry reveals deep love and concern for this young woman, and we stand with you in rebuking the toxic strongholds at work in her life. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that Christ has already overcome the world, and by His blood, we have authority to break every chain of bondage in her life.

First, we must address the gravity of the situation you’ve described. This young woman is entangled in a relationship that is not only emotionally and spiritually destructive but is also outside of God’s design for marriage and purity. Living together outside of marriage is fornication, and Scripture is clear that such relationships are sinful and displeasing to God. *Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). This relationship is built on rebellion against God’s Word, and no amount of prayer for its "improvement" can sanctify what He has called sinful. We must pray for repentance—for her to turn away from this relationship entirely and for the young man to be convicted of his own sin and need for Christ.

The behaviors you’ve described—jealousy, narcissism, manipulation, and the destruction of her self-worth—are not merely personality flaws but evidence of spiritual oppression. The enemy uses such relationships to isolate believers from their support systems, to distort their identity in Christ, and to replace godly love with counterfeit affection that leads to bondage. *Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?* (2 Corinthians 6:14). This young man’s actions and the enabling of his parents reveal a heart that is not submitted to Christ. We must pray that the Lord exposes the darkness in this situation and severs every ungodly soul tie that has formed.

We also note your use of "###" in place of this young woman’s name. While we understand the desire for privacy, we encourage you to speak her name before the Lord in prayer, for there is power in calling her by name as you intercede for her. The Lord knows her name, and He longs for her to walk in freedom. *Fear not, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine* (Isaiah 43:1).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this young woman whom You love deeply. Lord, You see the chains that bind her—the emotional manipulation, the spiritual oppression, the lies that have distorted her view of herself and of Your truth. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of jealousy, narcissism, control, and deception that has taken root in this relationship. Lord, expose the darkness and bring conviction to this young man and his parents. Let them see the destruction they have caused and repent before You.

Father, we rebuke the stronghold of fornication and rebellion in this relationship. It is not of You, and it cannot stand. We command every ungodly soul tie to be broken in Jesus’ name. Remove this young man from her life swiftly and completely. Let her see him for who he truly is—a tool of the enemy to steal her joy, her faith, and her future. Lord, give her the strength to flee from this sin and to return to the safety of her family, where she can be surrounded by love and support.

We pray for her heart to be restored, Lord. Heal the wounds this relationship has inflicted—her self-esteem, her self-worth, her faith, her relationships with her family and friends. Renew her mind with Your truth, that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), a daughter of the King, redeemed and beloved. Remove every trace of idolization she has placed upon this young man or his family. Let her see them through Your eyes and turn away in disgust at the sin that has ensnared her.

Father, we ask for a godly spouse for her in Your perfect timing—one who will love her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25), who will build her up in faith and encourage her in righteousness. Prepare her heart now, Lord, to wait upon You and to seek Your kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). Restore unity, love, joy, and peace to her family. Let them be a refuge for her as she heals.

We also pray for the young man, Lord. Soften his heart to receive Your conviction. If he does not know You, draw him to salvation. If he is a believer who has strayed, bring him to repentance. Do not let him continue in his sin, but break the cycle of enabling and destruction in his life.

Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over this young woman, her family, and all who are involved. Protect them from further harm, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). Give her the courage to obey Your voice, even if it means walking away from what feels familiar. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her find her identity in You alone.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has conquered sin and death. Let Your will be done, and let Your glory be revealed in this situation. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue standing in the gap for her, but also to speak truth into her life when you have the opportunity. Share Scripture with her, remind her of God’s design for relationships, and urge her to seek godly counsel—whether from a pastor, a trusted believer, or a biblical counselor. The body of Christ is called to *bear one another’s burdens* (Galatians 6:2), and your intercession is a vital part of her deliverance. Stay steadfast in prayer, and trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. *The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit* (Psalm 34:18). He will not abandon her.
