We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your finances and seeking His divine protection and wisdom. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You guard and guide every aspect of this dear one’s financial life.
Heavenly Father, we pray for Your mighty hand of protection over their accounts, shielding them from any schemes of the enemy. Just as You promised in Psalm 91:3-4, "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart," we ask that You surround their finances with Your angels, thwarting any attempts of hackers or thieves. Lord, grant them wisdom to take every necessary precaution, to be diligent in safeguarding what You have entrusted to them, and to walk in the discernment that comes from Your Holy Spirit.
We also pray for Your divine wisdom in spending, saving, investing, and giving. Proverbs 3:9-10 tells us, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine." Father, help them to honor You with their finances, to be a cheerful giver as You love a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7), and to manage their resources with integrity and prudence. May they not fall into the love of money, which is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), but instead seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
Lord, we ask that You would bless their labor and multiply their efforts, that they may have enough to meet their needs and to generously support Your work. Teach them to be content in whatever circumstances they find themselves, as Paul learned to be (Philippians 4:11-12), and to trust in Your provision. May they never forget that their true treasure is in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal (Matthew 6:19-20).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or greed that may seek to take hold of their heart regarding finances. Instead, we declare that they will walk in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that they will be a wise steward of all You have given them, using their resources to glorify You and advance Your kingdom.
In all these things, we trust in Your faithfulness, Lord. You are our Provider, our Protector, and our Guide. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your perfect will. May this dear one walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are in control, and may their life be a testimony to Your goodness and grace. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Eternal God withstanding everything that opposes itself against him, thrusting down the mighty from their seats, plucking off crowns from the heads of princes, degrading the escutcheons of nobles, trampling in the mire the fine linen and the scarlet of the rich, setting at nought the wisdom of the wise, convinces us that then only are we in a fit state to be filled with his fulness, to live in his life, to be wise with his wisdom, and to be glorious in his glory, when we are emptied of our own conceits.
He shall choose our inheritance for us. It is a great truth that God does choose the inheritance for his people, and in that book you would see how his steps were first of all sadly guided to Babylon, by being carried captive; and yet that from the degradation of his banishment there arises the grandeur of Daniel’s visions, and Daniel’s character is displayed in all its clearness, so that you must see that a wise God orders all. The lot is cast into the lap but the whole disposing thereof is of the Lord. And if the disposal of the lot is the Lord’s whose is the arrangement of our whole life?
A saving knowledge of Christ is always personal. The man does not take it at second hand. He does not catch it up from what his mother told him. She may be the instrument, the happy instrument, but the man learns for himself, or else he does not know savingly. But, dear Friends, anything short of this is unworthy to be the great end of a Christian's life! Ah, but if you knew the gift of God, you would find other time and find another occupation for this time, rather than spending upon yourself what God claims to be his own.
He will even turn round and rail on this wise, "I cannot think how some of God's people can do as they do." Be wise now therefore, O ye kings; be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
