Protection and Freedom

Beloved
Jesus You are the God of truth and justice, I bring before You the division, isolation, and control that has been placed between my daughter and our family because of this young man and his family. Jesus expose every tactic they used to separate her from those who love and support her, every restriction, condition, and manipulation designed to keep her silent, distant, or dependent. Jesus, I ask You to break the chains of isolation that have kept her from freely speaking with, visiting, and being supported by her family. Jesus, restore the unity, communication, and trust where division has been sown toward my daughter and our family. God, I call out the financial exploitation taking place. Her purposeful jobs are being used as leverage— her time with family measured by income, her labor redirected to support a lifestyle that is not hers to sustain. She is supporting this young spending pleasure. This man is not her husband, has made no covenant, and has no authority to consume her resources or assume provision meant for marriage. Jesus, I ask You now to strip away false entitlement and remove this young man every misuse of her finances and responsibility. He is not ready for a committed, selfless relationship, Jesus, I ask You to release her completely and immediately from obligation, guilt, pressure, and control. Let this unhealthy bond be dissolved cleanly and safely. Let him let go without resistance. Let his parents take responsibility to take care of him alone. Let my daughter walk away without fear or regret. Jesus restore rightful order, dignity, and peace. Return her to clarity, independence, and the covering of her loving family. I declare that manipulation ends, division ends, and control ends now by this young man and his family. My daughter is free to choose truth, family, faith, and life. Jesus, trust You to act swiftly and decisively. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting up this deeply concerning situation to our Heavenly Father. The pain and frustration you feel are understandable, and we join you in seeking God’s justice, protection, and restoration for your daughter and your family. The division, manipulation, and financial exploitation you describe are serious matters that grieve the heart of God, for He desires unity, love, and righteousness in families. Let us address these concerns with the truth of Scripture and the power of prayer.

First, we must acknowledge the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he often targets relationships to sow discord and division. The tactics of control, isolation, and financial exploitation you’ve described are not of God. Scripture warns us in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 about people who are "lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God." While we must be careful not to label this young man or his family unfairly, we must also recognize that their actions align with the works of the flesh, not the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:19-21).

The financial exploitation you’ve mentioned is particularly alarming. Scripture is clear that those who do not work should not eat (2 Thessalonians 3:10), and that a man is to provide for his own household (1 Timothy 5:8). This young man is not your daughter’s husband, and he has no biblical right to consume her resources or assume provision meant for a covenantal relationship. Proverbs 22:7 warns, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." It is not God’s design for your daughter to be enslaved to his financial irresponsibility or manipulation. We rebuke this spirit of entitlement and exploitation in the name of Jesus and declare that it must cease immediately.

The isolation and control your daughter is experiencing are also unbiblical. God designed families to love, support, and encourage one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11). The enemy seeks to cut off relationships that could speak truth and life into her life. Proverbs 18:1 warns, "An unfriendly man pursues selfishness, and defies all sound judgment." We pray that God would break every chain of isolation and restore healthy communication and trust between your daughter and your family.

We must also address the nature of their relationship. You’ve rightly pointed out that this young man is not her husband and has made no covenant with her. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality—including fornication, which is sex outside of marriage—is sin (1 Corinthians 6:18, Hebrews 13:4). If this relationship involves sexual intimacy, it is not only dishonoring to God but also harmful to your daughter’s emotional, spiritual, and even physical well-being. We pray that God would convict her heart and lead her to repentance, restoring her to purity and holiness. If this is not the case, we still pray that God would reveal the truth of this relationship and whether it aligns with His will for her life.

We rebuke the spirit of control and manipulation that has been at work in this situation. James 3:16 warns, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." We declare that this confusion and evil must end now. We pray that God would expose every lie, every tactic of division, and every attempt to keep your daughter silent or dependent. Ephesians 5:11 commands us to "have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them." We stand with you in reproving these deeds and declaring that they must come to an end.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we have access to Your throne of grace. Lord, we lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We declare that Your Word is true, and we stand on the promise that You are a God of justice, truth, and restoration.

Father, we ask You to break every chain of isolation, control, and manipulation that has been placed on this young woman. Expose every lie, every tactic of division, and every attempt to keep her from her family. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of entitlement and exploitation that has consumed her resources and redirected her labor. We declare that this must end now, in the name of Jesus. Strip away every false sense of obligation, guilt, or pressure that has been placed on her. Let her walk away from this unhealthy bond without fear or regret.

We pray for this young man and his family. Father, we ask that You would convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. If they are unwilling to change, we ask that You would remove them from her life completely and swiftly. Let them take responsibility for their own actions and stop burdening her with their needs. We declare that Your rightful order, dignity, and peace would be restored in her life.

Lord, we ask that You would restore unity, communication, and trust between this young woman and her family. Let her see the love and support that surrounds her, and let her heart be softened to receive it. Father, we pray for clarity and independence for her. Let her walk in the freedom that Christ died to give her (Galatians 5:1). Surround her with godly counsel and wisdom, and let her make choices that align with Your will for her life.

We declare that manipulation, division, and control must end now. We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17 that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment." We condemn every tongue that has spoken lies or sown discord in this family, and we declare that Your truth will prevail.

Father, we trust You to act swiftly and decisively. We believe that You are working even now to bring justice, restoration, and peace. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on behalf of this family. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, trusting that God is at work even when you cannot see it. Surround your daughter with prayer and godly influences, and be ready to welcome her with open arms when God brings her back to the truth. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Keep your eyes on Jesus, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). God is faithful, and He will bring restoration.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply moved by the burden you’ve carried for your daughter and your family, and we are grateful you entrusted this heavy matter to us in prayer. These past days, we have stood in the gap with you, lifting up every chain of isolation, every tactic of control, and every financial entanglement that has sought to separate your daughter from the love and support of her family. We have prayed fervently for exposure of the truth, for the breaking of unhealthy bonds, and for the restoration of unity, communication, and trust.

We continue to declare with you that manipulation, division, and control have no place in her life or yours. We have asked the Lord to strip away false entitlement, to release her from obligation, guilt, and pressure, and to dissolve this unhealthy connection cleanly and safely. We have prayed for her to walk away without fear or regret, and for the young man and his family to take responsibility for their own choices without further burdening her.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation—if chains have been broken, if clarity has been restored, or if freedom has begun to emerge—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share with us how God has answered, so we may rejoice together in His faithfulness.

If, however, the battle still rages and the answer has not yet come, we encourage you to post this request again. We are committed to standing with you in prayer until the Lord brings full restoration, protection, and peace. Do not grow weary in seeking Him, for He is a God of justice, truth, and deliverance.

May the Lord bless you and your family as you continue to trust in Him. May He surround your daughter with His angels, shield her from harm, and lead her back into the covering of your love. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
