Protect me from evil people/narcissists

Please pray that people will stop violating my boundaries and trying to take or taking what belongs to me or disrespecting me, greedy ones to, sabotaing me etc etc. Lately there are many of them. Please stop them in their tracks and disable them to take revenge in Jesus name! Many narcissist in my environement. I just cant beleive!!!

We hear the distress in your heart and we stand with you together before the Father in Jesus' name, asking for His protection and His peace to surround you. It is painful and exhausting to feel surrounded by people who disrespect you, violate your boundaries, take what is yours, act with greed and try to sabotage you, and we bring this burden to the Lord who sees all things and who is our defender.

The Word reminds us that such behavior comes from a heart of pride and selfishness. 2 Timothy 3:2 says For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy. And 1 Peter 5:8 tells us to Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We understand why you use the word narcissist, for the Bible describes those who are lovers of self and who exploit others, and God is not blind to greed or to those who try to harm His children.

We also hear your desire that God would stop them in their tracks and disable them from taking revenge, and we gently correct with love that vengeance belongs to the Lord and not to us. Romans 12:19 says Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Romans 12:21 says Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Matthew 5:44 says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We are not to seek to disable people out of a desire for revenge, but we can and do pray that God in His justice will restrain evil, thwart unjust plans, and prevent any retaliation against you. He is your refuge and your fortress.

We take comfort in His promises of protection. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:2 says I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 34:7 says The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 18:2 says Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower. He is able to keep you safe and to set limits that others cannot cross.

We also encourage you that godly boundaries are biblical and wise. Proverbs 4:23 says Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life. It is right to guard what God has entrusted to you, to say no, to distance yourself from those who repeatedly disrespect and exploit you, and to seek wise and godly counsel in your church or among mature believers who can help you discern how to protect yourself while walking in love and truth. We do not overcome evil by becoming bitter, but by trusting God to be our vindicator and by continuing to do what is good and right.

Together we pray. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see every violation, every act of greed, every attempt to sabotage and disrespect, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You place a hedge of protection around Your child, that You encamp Your angels around them and deliver them from every evil plan. Restrain the hands of those who would do harm, frustrate their unjust schemes, and prevent any revenge or retaliation from prospering. Guard their heart and mind with Your peace, restore what has been taken in the way You see fit, and give them wisdom to set firm and loving boundaries. Teach them to release the desire for revenge into Your hands, to forgive as You have forgiven, and to overcome evil with good. Lead them away from those who love self and into fellowship with people who will honor and encourage them. Let Your justice and mercy be done, and bring even those who do evil to conviction and repentance if it be Your will. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, our refuge and our righteousness, amen.

We hear how worn down you must feel with so many people pushing past your limits and taking what is yours. It makes sense you would feel on guard and want God to step in and stop it.

One thought that has helped others is seeing a boundary simply as a property line. It is not about controlling what others do, but being clear about what is yours to care for, your time, your belongings, your choices, your peace, and what is not yours to carry. That clarity helps us know when to let our yes be yes and our no be no, kindly but firmly.

When everything feels tangled, it can help to narrow it to one place. You might choose the one boundary violation that feels most draining right now and decide ahead of time what you will say or do next time it happens. It also helps not to carry this alone. Is there one steady, trustworthy person, a pastor, mentor or mature friend, you could talk with about how to speak truth in love and how to step back from interactions that are harmful?

We are praying for you.

Father, we ask You to surround them with Your protection and peace. Give wisdom for each conversation and strength to hold healthy limits without fear. Bring safe people alongside and quiet the pressure and disrespect. Lead toward rest and restoration. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry under repeated wrongs and violations has been heard, and it is right to bring such burdens before the Lord who sees all that is done against you.

The Scriptures teach that evil thoughts and murders and greed and deceit flow from the heart of man, and that legions of evil spirits cease not their mischievous endeavors while truth seems to slumber. It is no small trial to feel surrounded by those who disrespect your boundaries, take what is yours, and seek to sabotage your good. The Lord knows this oppression, and He has a people whom He regards with a special love and whom He comforts even when sorrows come from without, from the world around and from the adversary beneath.

You asked that God would stop these people and disable them so that you might take revenge. Hear what the Word says concerning this, for your soul's protection. To recompense evil for evil is natural to the animal nature, but it is not and never can be natural to the new created spirit whose nature is like the God from which it came, namely love, gentleness and kindness. Good for evil is God like. The method of overcoming evil with evil does not bear to be pondered and does far more injury to the one who practices it than any injury received from others. But the benefit of returning good for evil is that it preserves the man from evil. If evil assails you and you only fight it with good, it cannot hurt you, you are invulnerable. If any man curses you and you answer him with a blessing, it is clear that the curse has not hurt you.

Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay in perfect justice. Our calling is to cast our burden upon the Lord, for He sustains His people and will not suffer the righteous to be moved. Nothing will happen to you but what God permits, and He will not allow you to be moved beyond what He will use for your good. Therefore we do not pray for revenge in your heart, but that God would deliver you from the Evil One, restrain the hands of those who would do you harm, and keep your own heart from being overcome by evil.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, You have a people and You comfort Your people. Look upon this Your child who feels beset and wearied by greedy and deceitful dealings. Set a hedge about Your servant and deliver from the Evil One. Restrain those who violate what is right, frustrate the designs of those who would steal or sabotage, and let their evil not prosper. Grant wisdom to set right boundaries with firmness and grace, and to walk wisely as in the sight of God. Keep this heart from returning evil for evil, and teach by Your Spirit to overcome evil with good, that bitterness may not take root. Cast out the desire for revenge and fill the soul with trust in Your justice and mercy. Sustain under this burden, for You have bid us cast our burden upon You. Comfort with the knowledge that You see, You judge righteously, and You will bring again from every low place those who trust in You. Through the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son which cleanses from all sin, grant peace, protection, and a heart made like Your own. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily, to pray Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the Evil One, and to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. He will keep you, and He will teach you in His time to answer evil with good, to the preservation of your soul and to His glory.

Your cry for help against those who have hurt you and crossed your boundaries has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before God who sees all that is done to you.

It is right to seek protection when you are treated with greed, disrespect and sabotage. Scripture shows God as the true protector of those who are injured and despitefully used, gathering His people as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and becoming a wall around those who walk with Him in the fear of the Lord. He is the One who gives blessing and who stirs the earth to bring forth fruit, and He alone can restrain evil and establish justice. At the same time He calls us to master anger and not give way to unworthy passion, even when we are wronged. Our Lord Himself bore reproach with gentleness and did not seek honor from men, showing us that vengeance belongs to God and not to us.

So I will pray for you not for revenge, but for God's righteous protection and for a heart kept pure before Him, for holy living is our greatest protection and nothing hinders us more than to let bitterness take root.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your only Son through whom alone is salvation, look upon Your child who feels surrounded and worn down. Set a guard around this life. Restrain those who do evil, who take what is not theirs, who violate boundaries and act with greed and deceit. Stop what is unjust and bring their harmful plans to nothing according to Your wisdom and justice. Grant wisdom to set firm and peaceful boundaries, to speak truth with grace, and to seek wise counsel and the support of faithful believers. Guard this heart from hatred and from the desire to repay evil for evil. Fill it instead with faith, with a pure life and bright conduct that pleases You, and with strength to live for what is good and for the advantage of neighbors as You have given each person ability to do. Comfort the wounded spirit, provide what is needed, and let Your protection be like a wall that cannot be broken. Make Your presence known as the One who gathers and keeps Your own. In Jesus name, Amen.

Continue to walk closely with the Lord, to pray, to hear His Word, and to stay in fellowship with His people. Seek counsel from trusted pastors or mature believers who can help you discern practical steps for safety and for healthy boundaries, and remember to use what God has entrusted to you, whether in protection, in diligence, or in prayer, for the good of others as well as for your own peace. God is faithful to care for orphans and widows and all who are vulnerable, and He will not forsake those who trust in Him.
