We come before You, Father, with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where injustice and bullying have taken root. Your Word tells us in Psalm 82:3-4, *"Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked."* Lord, we stand on this promise, asking that You intervene in this matter and bring fairness where there has been oppression.
We rebuke the spirit of laziness and unfairness that has caused this group to burden one while neglecting their own responsibilities. Proverbs 18:9 says, *"One who is slack in his work is brother to him who is a master of destruction."* We pray that those who have been unjust would recognize the error of their ways and repent. If they do not, we trust that You, as the righteous Judge, will bring correction in Your perfect timing and way.
We also pray for this daughter, that she would find her strength and worth in You. Help her not to grow weary or bitter, but to trust in Your justice. Remind her of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* May she walk in confidence, knowing that You see her struggles and will not abandon her.
Father, we ask that You soften the heart of the one overseeing these duties—let them see the truth of what is happening and act with integrity. If there is any unrepentant sin in this situation, we ask that You expose it and bring it to light, for Your Word says in Ephesians 5:11, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them."*
We also take this moment to remind all who read this that salvation is found in no other name but Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If anyone reading this has not surrendered their life to Jesus, we urge them to do so today, confessing Him as Lord and believing in their heart that God raised Him from the dead.
Lord, we commit this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will bring justice, healing, and restoration. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
