Beloved of All
Your prayer for your friend shows the heart of a true friend, one who loves fervently and prays for another as for himself, and it is right that you have brought him before the Lord.
We join you in asking our Lord Jesus Christ to be favorable to him. When God is our friend, even if many things war against us there is no harm, and we pray that your friend would know that peace and protection now. We ask that God would open a door for his proposal according to His wisdom and will, that He would grant favor where it is needed in the workplace, and that He would make the work there more ordered and fruitful for the common good.
We also pray for relief from the stress that weighs on him and for protection from trouble he does not deserve. May God guard him, give him diligence and strength for each task He has entrusted to him, and grant him wisdom to use what he has been given for the advantage of others as well as himself.
We will continue to pray that the Lord, who hears those who call on Him through His Son, would grant help effective and timely, give your friend rest in Christ, and let him see God's care in his daily work. May all be done as God wills, for his good and for God's glory.
