Proposal to Improvm Work
We join you in lifting up your friend and his proposal before the Lord and we thank you for bringing this need to Jesus, for it is in His name we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.
We hear your heart for your friend, that his workplace would be better, that his stress would be relieved, and that he would be protected from trouble he does not deserve. We stand with you in asking God to open doors that no man can shut and to bring about what is best according to His perfect will and timing, even as you desire it to happen effective immediately. We are reminded that God's timing is perfect and His ways are higher than ours, and that He works all things together for good for those who love Him.
We take comfort in what Scripture says, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We pray that your friend's proposal would be an offering of diligent work unto the Lord, done with integrity and excellence, and that if it is in God's will, it would be received with favor and bring real improvement to the workplace for everyone there.
We also pray for your friend's peace and protection. We know workplace stress and unjust trouble can weigh heavily. Scripture encourages us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. And casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.
Together we pray, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear friend to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see his heart, his labors, and the burden he carries. We ask that You would give him wisdom beyond his own understanding as he presents this proposal, that You would grant favor with those in authority, and that if this plan aligns with Your will, You would open the doors and make it effective for Your glory and for the good of all who work there. We ask that You would relieve his stress and guard him from trouble and false accusation that he does not deserve. Let Your peace rest upon him and let Your justice and mercy prevail in that workplace. Help him to trust in You and to continue to work as unto You, knowing that You see all and You are his ultimate defender and provider. We commit this whole situation into Your hands and trust Your perfect timing and answer. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

Your prayer for your friend has been laid before the Lord and we join you in bringing it to the throne of grace. It is a good thing to cry unto Him in whom all relief from trouble is found, for when the heart lifts up its cry, the Lord full often deigns to send help, and that right speedily, coming as it were upon the wings of the wind to display His favor toward those who trust Him.
We have asked the Lord to look with kindness upon your friend and upon the proposal he has put forward. If it be according to wisdom and for the true good of all, we pray that the Lord would grant it favor and make it to prosper, and by it to make the place of labor more peaceful and more fruitful. What a relief it is when a burden is lifted and when those who labor may enjoy their work again with lightness of heart, no longer darkened with the shadow of heavy care. May the Lord grant such relief to your friend, easing his stress and guarding him from trouble that he does not deserve.
We pray also that the Lord would open doors that no man can shut, and that in His perfect time, which is always effective and never too late, He would make the path plain. Continue to seek Him in that quiet corner of prayer by the riverside of communion, asking and seeking and knocking, for this is a prayer certified of success when offered through Jesus Christ our Lord. And by waiting upon Him we shall find out the true path of success.
